This supervisor literally berated me for the entire 5 minutes that we were on the phone and over talking me with out a care. in the world to listen. I’m not even sure how she got my phone number. She asked me “do I ask McDonalds to replace bacon when I order a burger and how her brother is Muslim and he’s unable to do it. She also stated that if she is in the store and in the “mood”, she’ll substitute the bacon for either extra turkey or roast beef, but her employees will not do it. She also went on about food cost etc. It was literally a solution less engagement. I will never patronize this establishment again and I will be reaching out to corporate to complain yet again.
Worst Jersey Mike’s location ever. I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s for years and I’ve never seen a location so skimp with meat. I ordered the #9; for religious purposes, I don’t eat pork and they have always substituted the bacon for either extra turkey or roast beef. When I mentioned this, they told me that the manager no longer allow modifications to the sub and gentleman proceeded to add very little to my sub and they didn’t care to accommodate religious preferences. Read moreI am a Jersey Mike's fan. I had a problem with getting my food. I got to jersey mike's at 3:45 pm. I didn't get out of there until 4:18. Somehow they lost my grill ticket so they didn't fix my food until I asked when was my food going to be ready. When you have a customer in your restaurant and you see them for a while then you need to ask if they've been helped. Also for me when you have someone waiting for that length of time the least they could have done was offer a drink or cookie, something for my inconvenience. The food was very good, however, I will be using the app to order my food. The service was slow. When you are at that time you need to have four people working the front. They needed to have a person on the grill, one cutting meat, one putting on toppings, and a cashier. As I was there two people left. As a business, you need to know what your clientele will be. Yesterday you had 2 football games, and it was a Saturday afternoon that is when you schedule your staff, not have them leave before your rush time. Read moreI am a frequent customer of Jersey Mike’s and have always enjoyed my experiences at various locations. However, I recently visited this location and was disappointed with the level of service I received.
During my visit, I ordered a mini sub and requested an additional slice of meat. I was informed that there would be an extra charge, which I understand, but I could not find any signage in the store indicating this policy. When I asked the staff to show me where this information was posted, they were unable to do so and simply stated that it was “just the policy.” Additionally, the staff was not welcoming, and their response to my inquiry felt dismissive. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they began speaking in another language, which made the interaction feel even more unprofessional.
I believe that clear communication and customer service are essential, and this experience was disappointing.
