Aidaam and Michael are Superstars of customer service!

Aidaam has the temperament, courtesy and Professionalism required and in need of more these days.

Michael was more than willing to go out of his way to address a small concern of mine, in fact he was So courteous and professional I didn’t even want to waste his time.

Double Drive thru here and the clearance is 9 feet on the inside lane, the other lane on the right had no clearance at the ordering menu.

There is SO MUCH I liked about this McDonald’s I might have to edit a few times so I don’t leave anything out! Even the floor plan layout, design and engineering of the parking lot of this place are remarkable. I appreciated the grading and slope of the parking lot from the main road to the drainage area in the back. Although I didn’t see any drainage due to weather conditions it looks to be well done. There didn’t seem to be enough trees near the drainage to clog it up with leaves either so that’s a plus as well. The landscaping was immaculate and the dumpster was placed uphill from the sewer drainage and far away from the building.

I noticed the sidewalk ramp for mobility device and wheelchair access between the designated parking spaces nearest to the main road at the front of the building. Not sure if there is one on the other side.

They had walk up window service stations at both sides of the building also, including a speaker and push button microphone at each.

I really liked the monitor near the register that lets you know when your order is ready, even if it is a little slow in updating.

The checkered flag and Finish flags at the parking lot entrance and exit added a clever and humorous touch. You can see them in the video and photos included if they all upload.

Bathroom was clean. With a sanitizer station outside the bathrooms.

The seating area has a huge open floor plan with room for I’m guessing at least 30 people. At least 4 ordering kiosks.

I don’t remember if there were open outlets for charging or not. The one thing I would improve are the two doors near the parking lot exit…. The wind can blow them open and the airflow will then keep them open especially if customers don’t close the doors on the way out.

Very poor service, no management/owner follow up. I've had 2 incidents there which have caused me to take my business elsewhere. The first involved the cashier asking for a roll of pennies to complete my transaction, and whomever he asked replying in Spanish not to worry because I probably didn't notice. I understand Spanish, and instead of saying they could keep the pennies I made her go get the roll, so I could have my change for the order they filled incorrectly anyway. Believing in second chances, I stopped on my way to work one morning for an iced coffee. The employee couldn't operate the machine, and TWENTY MINUTES LATER after I knocked on the drive thru window, she handed me a refund, no apology, no explanation. I wrote a complaint, received a form letter email stating they tried to call me. Incorrect, I didn't leave a phone number. That's was no resolution, no apology, nothing. Use this location at...

*Updated Review and Rating: I recently visited this location via Drive-Thru again in September of 2020 and during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic. This location has also recently been remodeled. Another Drive-Thru Lane has been added, as well as good lighting and additional pickup windows. The overall outdoor appearance of this location now looks open and airy and very clean. There is also now an electronic Debit or Credit Card Reader that the customer can use to pay for Orders and this compliments the No Contact protocols in place now globally due to the new laws and regulations in place due to COVID-19. During this visit, the Drive-Thru Server was really nice and did not complain when I asked for a side of the Sauce they use on Big Mac because I like to dip my Chicken McNuggets in it.
