Mind you, its not lost on me that I go to this place at 3 AM. My choice…a poor one at that. Why do I trust this place to offer nothing other than crummy service? The dude that took my order was cool. Appreciate you dawg! The young lady at the front asked me my order with 10 screens in front of her and a simple line of cars. One order, next order. Keep up huney. I’m gonna be nice but that attitude on you for March 1, 2025, need some work love. Nobody cares that you chose this as a career and not even capable of doing that. Its not rocket science. You gave me a half box of fries even though I paid for a whole one. Its robbery plain and simple. ANd YoU HAvE tHe AUDACITY tO gET iN yA feElS BeCAuSE I cALleD yOu oN iT? 🥴 Huh? You work for them. The double cheeseburger was dry. Like ya’ll think ya’ll slick. I ask for extra onion. Yall put that old stale whacked onion on a dry stale crusty burger and passed it thru the window with no shame. Why? Manager, Manager what good are you? I should not have to check behind grown ppl offering a service to the public. Again, I blame myself for paying to be mistreated. I paid for the discourtesy and resulting dissatisfaction.
Listen and hear me good - these ppl (Yes, this Black man call it like I see it) These PEOPLE (other ppl’s untrained kids emphasis added) working at this spot do not care about you, themselves, the disservice being provided, the brand they represent or the community they mistreat. Its click a check and don’t get fired ova thuurrr. Dassit.
Patron at your own discretion but this dude right here will see a cold day in hell if I ever pull back up to this dumpster fire to eat anything from them on a dirty garbage lid. Read moreThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Walked in used the machine to place my order because there were other people standing around. Machine wasn’t taking payments which meant I had to pay at the register. When it was my turn to go up and pay I was greeted by someone who appeared to have been apart of management with a hand gesture to come forward. No greeting, can I all your order NOTHING just a blank look as if I’d annoyed her. I began to say I placed my order and need to pay. I have 2 TICKETS in my hand. She asked what was my number,,, {give number to pay} I then proceeded to say I also need to pay for the other one. In which the next comment was umm you just paid for your order….. I REPEATED I have 2 orders. She repeats again you JUST paid for the order. So I look at the paper and says clearly NTO because these are 2 different numbers and different meals… after about 15 second she says OH, well what’s the number. Pays for the tier and waiting. Not ATP someone has spilled some milkshake in the like area floor so I move to side, they began to call orders out and mother the ticket number, so I'm waiting listening for ticket. After receiving the second meal she asked what I was waiting for, I repoed my other meal. She states I was calling the meal you didn’t hear it. I replied I was listening for my NUMBER and not Golden meal…. 🤨🤨🤨 At this time there was another customers waiting and she pretty much got the same flat, unwelcoming response. With a hand gestures to was asked did you order already. The older lady who could probably be my mom stated no, I was waiting. The manager replied well you was standing over there so I didn’t know. MAYBE because it’s milkshake spilled over the damn floor !!!!!! Vent ends and I likely will NOT return to this...
Read moreHad to lay over today while family is in for some surgery. I came in to this McDonald's for the coffee special any size for $1 any flavor. I was going to get the largest that I could at the drive-thru and keep it moving. But the only coffee cup size they have is small. So I came inside and had a sandwich and coffee with vanilla flavor so I could get a refill. The sandwich was lukewarm and batter undercooked, but I ate it. When I went for a refill of the coffee they wanted to charge me an extra $0.50 for vanilla again. Which now that I think about it was a $0.50 overcharge on the coffee special. Unless plain vanilla syrup in Black Coffee was not included in the any flavor any signs for a dollar special period again service is treating people better than you have to. It is not scraping them off of your shoe and acting like they should appreciate you more.
So if you're really sincerely apologetic about being out of the others sizes of coffee cups and you're not just ripping people off and being stingy with your coffee... If I hang around to get a refill of the vanilla coffee you've already charged me for... The least you could do is cheerfully give me the vanilla flavor that I came in here for. Anybody can make a mistake and run out of larger coffee cups when you're having a special. But don't treat me less than special or try to get extra money or give me lots of attitude like you're doing me some huge favor when you made the mistake.
It's a lot easier to keep a good customer than to get a new one. Treat me well and I won't need to take...
