Today's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

If i could give a 0 for the service experienced today i would. My mother ordered her food around 415pm. She clarified before paying that the delivery "to the door of her home" could be done. the staff agreed that since it was still daytime the driver could deliver to the door (of her townhome ). When the driver arrived i was at her residence and the driver refused to get out of the car. For several minutes she explained to the driver that she checked to be sure he would come to the door and he still refused to get out of the car. She has issues with her feet. Her husband walked out and the driver cracked his window and put the pizza, a paper bag of food and a plastic bag through the crack in the window. My point is they took her payment and didn't honor their word regarding door service. We don't live in the best neighborhood but we also dont live in the worst neighborhood. That driver was very unprofessional. I feel if you want to treat us like criminals because of where we live don't say you will deliver to our neighborhood. Just dont deliver. Delivery is delivery. We pay for that service of delivery and we do not live in an apartment so i feel this was NOT professional on their part. They walk up to the door in the richer neighborhoods so treat us uthe same. Our money is the same as theirs. The manager apologized and that was it....

I usually stick to the most popular pizza food chains like Pizza Hut, Ledos, Dominos, Papa Johns, Little Caesars, etc. My kids LOVE pizza and each week we have one offical pizza day 🥴 I decided to try Today’s Pizza one night. I was super skeptical as the only other place I’ve tried outside of those mentioned was Little Italy. I must say, the XL pepperoni pizza we received was soooo fresh, hot & DELICIOUS!. We were mad we only ordered one. I never went back to the other restaurants but continued to try different items and pizzas from here. The subs phenomenal, gyros amazing and OMG the honey old bay wings are out of this world!!!! I have faithfully supported them and haven’t thought about the other places (not paid for this review). I haven’t even craved any other pizza as I don’t desire the taste. Im so happy my family and I decided to give this place a try. Its truly a hidden gem. By the way, The manager is the friendliest and most respectful person I’ve met. I love how he takes pride in customer service. I highly recommend you give this place the opportunity to serve you. Good Pizza. Very friendly with customers. Here I am, nobody staying at the Holiday Inn. I was delivered a Very Hot Pizza in 25 min. Not the best Pizza I've ever had by far. I found it very much like Dominos. But, then, A lot of people think Dominos is good Pizza. Usually, I buy my Pizza from someone with an Italian name. I HAVE eaten the BEST Pizza on earth. While this ain't the best Pizza it is FAR from the worst as well. This is why I say Good Pizza. NOT Great but most definitely NOT Bad either, far from bad. Please understand what I am trying to say.
