If I could give a hundred stars I would. First met Andre when I went into Greenleaf Diamonds to buy my fiance her engagement ring and wedding band. It was the most no pressure jewelry buying experience I ever had. Andre was very patient and went out of his way to make the ring special in every way. From that moment Andre became like family to us. Next I bought a diamond bracelet, which they had in white gold. My fiance favored yellow gold more. Andre didnt even blink when he had one made in yellow gold and exchanged it. In fact he insisted that I exchange it. After that we brought Andre some loose tahitian pearls we got on our trip to Tahiti. Andre spent hours with my fiance designing the perfect mounts and had them made. They came back so stunning. Recently I bought my wife her gift for her wedding day. It was a pair of earrings and a ring. There were sime perfect stones in a set of earrings and a ring but I wasn't fond of the mounts. So, Andre had them switched out into another mount that I loved. If that's not customer service I dont know what is. Not only is Andre the nicest person you will ever meet, but he takes care of you for life. My wife wears her jewelry daily. She is very hard on her ring. She has broken the prongs on her engagement ring several times. All it took was a call and to drop the ring off and Andre took care of it, had it fixed and sent back to us. He even had a larger more robust mount put on the ring. It is so devastating to be told by a friend that it looks like your multi-diamond ring is missing a diamond stone. You immediately look everywhere. In your car, in the house, at the beach, trying to think where it could have fallen out to no avail. We bought the ring almost a year ago from Greenleaf Diamonds, located on Maui at the Shops of Wailea. We decided to visit the store and were expecting there would be little that could be done except order another quality stone. We were amazed to find an owner and store that really loves taking care of its customers, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and stands behind the quality of their work and jewelry. Andre quickly assessed that one of the prongs was loose and likely caused the diamond to slip out. He took outstanding care of us! During our store visit, he did not have any diamonds in stock to match the diamond color of the other three stones and asked if we could leave the ring with him. What we thought would take weeks, he called us a few days later. We were blown away when Andre told us during a scheduled business trip to California, he visited several jewelry stores and was able to find the perfect replacement diamond stone that flawlessly matched the setting. He went above and beyond in his support by giving us a repair price that was significantly discounted by him to show he honestly wanted to make this right and to personally express how much he valued our continued patronage. CUSTOM RING: My family and I had a long summer trip to Maui last month and the second day my wedding ring took a trip down the drain, never to be seen again. I had come to terms that I would either have to replace it with something different or pay a premium to have it remade since it was discontinued by the chain several years ago. We happened to pop into Greenleaf Diamonds and was given the typical sales pitch that they are different from the others which I gave a quick eyeroll to. Andre, the second generation owner, had just landed from a trip to another location so I was passed over to him. I showed him a blurry picture of the lost ring and he immediately said he had the mold and could remake it at a price that happened to match what I paid over 10 years ago! I was confident it was too good to be true, but I decided to humor him with no money changing hands. The next day, Andre sent me a text with a picture of the wax mold and promised to have it ready in no time. I paid by credit card (again, I was skeptical so I wanted some protection) and he began the manufacturing process. His communication was amazing all the way up to the day it was to be shipped where he stated it would arrive the next day.
