The atmosphere is lovely here, but… we paid $75 for a burger and fries, fish tacos, and two drinks (a lava flow and a virgin lava flow). This is an expected price around Maui, so whatever, right? Except the food and drinks we got were pretty dismal. The drinks come in tiny plastic cups and were not even comparable to others in similar locations. I ordered my fish tacos with no salsa. One was overloaded with cabbage and the other was overloaded with… salsa. The fish wasn’t cooked poorly, but everything else on the plate was pretty gross. The worst was the tortillas. One heck of a watering whole for anyone not trying to go off the resort for a relaxing time and comeraderie with friends and...
