It was my first time in Hawaii and of course I was so excited for my first Louis Vuitton item from there as a souvenir. It was quite humid that day so I was already kind of sweating already when I got to the store. I could tell the sales associate didn't want me to touch anything by the way they were looking at me and following me around. I waited until I cooled down and then asked to see some wallets I had planned on buying. Although the woman with dark medium length hair did try her best to get me all the wallets that I had wanted to see I noticed she had a slight attitude the whole time, she probably thought I was just one of those people who was going to waste her time. Well excuse me for taking a little bit of time inspecting the wallets, I haven't seen these items in person before. After finally choosing the perfect wallet, she finally smiled and was so nice with the transaction process and offered hot stamping and even asked if I wanted a cup of water (I had been in the store for 30 mins already, it just seems like something you would offer in the beginning?) Was here on vacation and had to visit this store as my hotel was right next door. Store is well stocked for a smaller store. They had items my store in NYC didn't have (multi pouchetted with pink strap). I had such good service I literally came back 3 days in a row and made purchases. The store was busy each time I cam in and customers were all buying. Staff is very friendly and took time to search and show me what I needed. I had to stop myself because they literally had almost every items I wanted and couldn't get in New York. While traveling to Maui, I decided to pick up something as a gift for my Mom. Gospel was super nice and kind, and I ended up buying 2 handbags. A moment later on I returned back to purchase the perfume that I tried on earlier. Gospel was at lunch and I think it was the manager/assistant manager who helped me. She wasn’t that friendly, she tried to make it sounds like I would return the perfume and tried to give me the samples instead. Well, as someone who’s not unfamiliar in luxury brands, I already expected its policy to be similar to other stores like Neiman Marcus. However, I still bought it because I loved it.
