I’m so pissed. Yesterday I order two separate meals yesterday one had 6 value meals and the other had too. I drove all the way home and noticed none of my food was cook. The party look like it was browned for 5 seconds then placed on my bun. Every burger was. I called the store and informed the mangers. She informed me that she would replace each meal took down my name and stated that’s all I needed. She understood I stay on the other side of town. Today when I sent my niece to get our order replaced she was told that they could only replace one. Once she got home I called back up there and had to argue with the morning supervisor. She had 3 reason of why she was not replacing my meal.1. I should of brought the food right back.(as if they pay for my gas) 2. They lady wrote my name down and said I ordered 6 burgers(minus the fact I had a receipt and 3 don’t don’t replace food no matter what the reason is if you don’t bring the food back and your order is over 25 dollars. After I informed the manager that I don’t care if I paid a dollar my money is my money and if she should of made the food correct this time then we wouldn’t be having this conversation. I was told to just give my name. If I spend my money on good it should be cooked. My children dinner was messed up and the morning Gm treated me like it was my fault. I asked for the person that’s over her. Finally the Gm yelled at me and said just come back and get your food. I drove back because at this point I just want my money back. But whatever. Once I got the the whole staff seem pissed because I wanted my money or food. Everybody was looking at me as if I was wrong. I’m confused why the staff was upset being that they do work at a fast food and it’s their job to make customers food correctly. She asked me if I had a picture I showed her. Then the Gm told me two more times that she not suppose to replace the food but she well. Next time bring the food back. I did get my food replaced. They ain’t replace my drinks though. Read moreIm going to start by saying It’s ok to make mistakes but it’s not ok to not fix them, I left the drive through yesterday with the wrong order, realized when I was 10 min away, so I couldn’t come right back and needed to eat something so I order food somewhere else, later (40mil) I came back with entire order but they refused to give refund until GM was at store the next day, apparently shift runners or assistant managers can’t do that. I called customer service and they were very nice, I requested GM to call me as I was not able to come back to that area for $11. She called this morning, unfortunately already with an attitude, I was very profesional as I happen to be a regional director in the fast food industry as well, however she refused to provide name, she refused to have her supervisor calling me, no suggestions as of how to resolve issue. Maybe saying I’m sorry this happened to you and I would like to make it right, maybe a credit for the $11? I’m sure I would of say not to worry I just wanted to make sure they knew what happened and I’m ok, I don’t need the credit. That would be fair I think… but her option was to say my employees did the right thing and I already listen to you and have a good day and just hung up the phone…. Basically they stole my $11.11 as they kept the order and refused refund. I’m sure that doesn’t represent Wendys but this problem hiring people is making you guys hire any one that’s willing to show up and obviously they know and don’t care. I’m not going to say I’m not coming back cause I enjoy wendys but I sure wanted to state that this store literally stole my money with the ok from the GM. Well deserved 1 star for sure. Read moreThis is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Multiple times I’ve went, I’ve had to cancel my mobile order because although they’re supposed to be open according to the app, Google AND their posted hours on site, I get to the speaker and they’re closed. It’s happened in the morning AND at night. One of two times I’ve actually been able to order, they asked me to park so they could bring me my food. After waiting almost 30 minutes I went back through the drive thru because every door is locked and the lobby is closed, and they informed me that ‘I already got my food’… uhhhh if I got my food don’t you think I would have left?! Then they admitted that they accidentally gave my food to a door dasher and asked me to park yet again. After they finally brought my food 45 minutes from when I ordered it, I left frustrated. Asking my wife to check the food as I pulled out of the parking lot, we were missing burgers for two of our meals. So then I had to again wait for the drive thru line (which at Wendy’s is always slow) and inform them that we were missing food. After the 3rd time in the drive thru line and over 1 hour to get the correct food we ordered, we finally were on our way home. We attempted to stop so we could get a quick dinner and put our young children to bed and would have been better off cooking at home, it would have been faster. The second time I paid extra for a specialty sauce to be added to my sandwiches for my wife and I, when I got home they were made normally, missing the sauce I paid extra for. I decided to not even drive back, with gas at $4 a gallon and the headache they’ve caused me in the past, it wasn’t worth my time and energy.
