Chipotle used to be my go to everyday at lunch and all the staff knew my name and my order. I have noticed the last few weeks have been different all new people and a just figured they are all still in training no big deal I get how training can be at a new job. I went in today as I do everyday and realized that the guy named Angel at the end of the food line was the General Manager. I was SHOCKED to say the least that a general manager and a new one at that would be treating All customers like a herd of cows . All Angel cared about was how fast he could get the next person out the door no matter if it was telling customers to hurry or while you are taking your cc out of the machine so Rome is breathing down your back to put credit card in because he basically told them NEVER not even 1x did he say hello or how are you thank you for your business or hello I’m Angel the new general manager how is everything ... Nope nothing except hurry up keep this line moving and if you are not packed I. Like sardines he tells Sir or Ma’am come on line is moving ... So I professional and just major disappointment. I understand everyone needs to move fast but you should never ever rush your customers when they are doing the best they can and with Covid that scares me that as a general manger he would not follow safety guidelines and instead pack everyone I. The line to where you can touch next persons body .. The tone and words that he yells at his employees like they are not worth him treating them with respect. My Togo order the last 2x times had a time it was to be ready and it was curbside and waited and waited until finally 27min later I had to go in and ask about my order and no one had even made it or even printed ticket. Today while I’m eating I hear 3 people have similar issues that they have been waiting over 18 min for order. It is all making sense now why 3 employees have quit because he did not respect them and how he treated customers was just not how a General Manager treats customer. I will also reach out to the district manager and maybe someone I. Management might want to send someone in that he does not know from corporate and you will see exactly what I am saying. I have heard stories as mine from coworkers over the last week but kept telling them that they must have just had an experience with someone new and that they should ask for manager if that happens and little did I know this guy is the manager ... Wow is...
Read moreMy wife went here to buy food for us for dinner. I love Chipotle, but my wife's food was such a waste of money. Why didn't you put more meat on it if you gave me this much rice? And why are you charging us so much money for food that would barely fill up a toddler, much less a grown adult? Also, my wife said that the employees' attitudes were very rude. They were constantly interrupting my wife and our other two friends and rushing through their orders as if they were about to lock the doors, my friend was equally as frustrated as my wife at the way they treated the three of them. It was two younger girls who worked tonight (1/31) at 9:40 p.m. They were being lazy and didn't want to care about the customers, they just wanted to sit around and not work for the last 30 minutes of their shift. If that's your attitude then go get a different job, don't work in the service industry. You can see for yourself how terrible the food is.
I understand that it was late at night. But the restaurant does not close until 10pm, and my wife came in with our two friends to grab food to-go because they finished their work late. They weren't trying to sit down and make the workers stay late, so why did the workers have an attitude about my wife and our two friends stopping by to buy some food quickly. You don't need to punish your customers just because you are upset that you were scheduled to close. If they came in 5 minutes before you closed, I could understand your frustration, but being rude and giving the customer barely anything in their food because they came in 20 minutes before you closed for a TO-GO ORDER is unreasonable.
To anyone else who might be planning to stop here to grab some food, don't waste your time here. You'll find much more polite service and bigger food portions at other late-night restaurants in the area (try Hawaiian Bros just down the highway, who are open until 11pm and are...
Read moreOn 8/25/2019 at 8:00 PM I walked into this location and ordered three kids bowls. Two bowls included black beans, white rice and chicken. I ordered an additional kids bowl that included black beans, white rice and corn. Each kids bowl included two tortillas and a small bag of tortilla chips. I also ordered a burrito bowl that included black beans, brown rice, steak, pico, sour cream, red hot sauce. I also ordered a side of guacamole and a large bag of tortilla chips. My experience was friendly as always. However I live just 5 minutes away. When I got home my food was freezing cold and the tortilla chips were as hard as a rock. I had to literally reheat the food and toss out the chips. I was so upset. Instead I called to speak to the manager on duty and spoke with lizalia Gonzales. She was so kind and understanding. She emphasized and had no issues with resolving the problem at hand. She took my information down and told me to come in sometime this week so she could rectify the issue. I walked in on 8/30/2019 at 5:13 PM and spoke to a manager name fernanda. She was rude and very unprofessional. I explained to the manager my concern and who I spoke to on Sunday. She was rude treated me as if I was just coming for free food. I was highly offended. I spend quality money for cold food and poor service. How she treated me was unacceptable. I then asked her for corporates number and she told me she was the GM. she then proceeded to speak in Spanish saying I was a stupid white lady. Not knowing I'm biracial. I also speak three fluent languages one including Spanish. I hope whoever this reaches handles this correctly. Please feel free to...
