The coffee makers were slow to take orders. One guy was washing the floor as you would at the end of the day all while a line of people were waiting and waiting to place an order. Any manager would be able to see that and should dedicate his people to help the customers first.. One Asian coffee maker that took my order had her head somewhere else than what she was doing. She was not able to take the order without being distracted by a song that was playing... She was also RUDE and condescending right off the bat as if she were a goddess talking down to the peasants.. Believe me , she is no goddess. She should not WIPE HER NOSE with her wrist while working with customers!!!.. I am so angry that i actually spent my money in this place. The only reason i came to this location was because the other starbucks that is uptown were out of filters for to do my PourOver... The asian girl made a face when i asked for a PourOver. As it its too much trouble.. Then she proceeded to dance to her song for about 2 minutes while i waited for her to grind the beans and set up the filter. What pisses me off is that i spend over $100 a week at starbucks for coffee. These people should be at the top of their game. and not like some low life gas station attendant pouring coffee from a stained carafe. I recommend the asian girl be RE TRAINED. I will go back and Videotape it so i can place it on Youtube for all to see what goes on. maybe a manager will take notice and fire the incompetent coffee pourers! Read moreI got the worst experience here from Starbucks. I go all over from texas to florida and I drink starbucks a lot. This store had the worst customer service possible for Starbucks I've ever seen. The young man who made my drinks told me my Venti comes halfway filled with foam (when I get it everyday) also told me to sugar it at the counter but when I asked for grande in a Venti so I had rm I almost spilled coffee on me taking off the lid it was so full. I asked for rm in my cup and he rolled his eyes at me and after making 6 other drinks he then asked me if that was enough rm for me in my drink with sarcasm in his voice I said that will be perfect thank you and i asked if the heavy cream I asked for was still in it he said yes to me and after it cooled to sip on. I noticed no cream at all. But when I told the other lady about how the boy treated me she said ok to me as if what was she supposed to about it. So I wont be back to this location anymore. After they have made me feel this way and all the money I personally put into the Starbucks business alone. Treat people with respect even if they're not ur regulars, u have no idea how much more of a regular, a person may be somewhere else. I go to Starbucks so much I know how it is ran even. Read moreI am a regular Starbucks customer but my experience today was very disappointing. I stopped by this place to buy a couple of drinks for my wife and daughter, the place was empty and I noticed that they had removed the menu from where it was located, I took a moment to decide what I wanted but the lady who was in charge of taking the orders illogically pressured me to order immediately, I did so without really knowing what I wanted and I no longer had time to change my order which was 2 small drinks (Vbean Frapp Skies Drink) for which I paid 11.80, taking into account that I always pay 12 for 2 of these same large drinks, it did not make sense that I would pay the same for only taking half, so I asked the same lady who had taken my order in the most polite way, but her face showed displeasure and her response was worse since she rudely told me that she did not set the prices and that if I wanted her to speak to the corporation; I work somewhere else in customer service and I'm sure that this is not the way to treat a customer.
