Update* 3 years later, I still go to this Starbucks. Diane, Allison and all the staff there are super friendly. They are always kind and quick to welcome you in the store. They do their very best in making you feel satisfied with your order and are super helpful if you have questions or need suggestions. Allison helped me figure out how to combine flavors to make a drink they no longer have that was my favorite. She also gives me hints on trying new flavors which I have loved so far. Overall my experience with this Starbucks has made such an impact in my daily life. Walking in in the middle of a hectic morning and being greeted by name and with a smile is honestly very motivating. Thank you to all employees at Craig and Eldorado Starbucks, you all are the best! Previous update: This is my go to Starbucks. Right by my job and on my way back and forth. Stopped by to treat the kids after I bribed them to do chores. Barista was fun, quick and even put my daughters nickname on her drink at her request. If you are a coffee drinker and parent you know what it means to be able to stop for coffee AND make the children happy at the same time.

So I go to this location almost everyday and order a Doubleshot on Ice, Venti and everytime I go they make it absolutely perfect. The foam, to espresso ratio is always 2/3 which is pretty difficult to achieve, as I've noticed a lot of other stores actually forget that this drink is supposed to be foamy, and add way to much ice or milk. I especially get excited when the colorful haired boy, or the asian lady make my drink, cause it comes out AMAZING! The customer service is nice, the baristas are attentive, welcoming and really focused. I recently had a bad day and I let them know, and they were so sweet and understanding. Even though sometimes they make mistakes, like we all do, it's cause I can tell they are new and training, and they always offer to correct any mistakes they make right away, no hassle. Anyways, back to what's important, this store is hands down one of the best Starbucks I've been to, and honestly just feels so homey. And their Venti Doubleshot on Ice is by far one of the best I've had, highly recommended for those who aren't into super sweet coffee drinks.

I called a-couple of minutes before I came in to ask if they had either a drive thru or curbside pick up( on google is says there drive thru is available but I driven past this location a few times and it doesn’t look like they have one)I was asking because I had my dog with me and did not want to leave him in the car alone on a hot afternoon. The guy on the phone told me that they didn’t have either but that I could bring my dog in with me to pick up the order as long as I wasn’t staying. So I came up 5 minutes later and was promptly told after I ordered that I would have to wait outside because dogs weren’t allowed in if they weren’t service dogs. This I can understand but why not tell me when I called? If they would have told me this on the phone I would have went somewhere else that had a drive thru but this location was 3 minutes away from where we were hiking. I definitely won’t be back here.

So I go to this location almost everyday and order a Doubleshot on Ice, Venti and everytime I go they make it absolutely perfect. The coffee makers were slow to take orders. One guy was washing the floor as you would at the end of the day all while a line of people were waiting and waiting to place an order. Any manager would be able to see that and should dedicate his people to help the customers first.. One Asian coffee maker that took my order had her head somewhere else than what she was doing. She was not able to take the order without being distracted by a song that was playing... She was also RUDE and condescending right off the bat as if she were a goddess talking down to the peasants.. Believe me , she is no goddess. She should not WIPE HER NOSE with her wrist while working with customers!!!.. I am so angry that i actually spent my money in this place. The only reason i came to this location was because the other starbucks that is uptown were out of filters for to do my PourOver... The asian girl made a face when i asked for a PourOver. As it its too much trouble.. Then she proceeded to dance to her song for about 2 minutes while i waited for her to grind the beans and set up the filter. What pisses me off is that i spend over $100 a week at starbucks for coffee. These people should be at the top of their game. and not like some low life gas station attendant pouring coffee from a stained carafe. I recommend the asian girl be RE TRAINED. I will go back and Videotape it so i can place it on Youtube for all to see what goes on. maybe a manager will take notice and fire the incompetent coffee pourers! I got the worst experience here from Starbucks. I go all over from texas to florida and I drink starbucks a lot. This store had the worst customer service possible for Starbucks I've ever seen. The young man who made my drinks told me my Venti comes halfway filled with foam (when I get it everyday) also told me to sugar it at the counter but when I asked for grande in a Venti so I had rm I almost spilled coffee on me taking off the lid it was so full. I asked for rm in my cup and he rolled his eyes at me and after making 6 other drinks he then asked me if that was enough rm for me in my drink with sarcasm in his voice I said that will be perfect thank you and i asked if the heavy cream I asked for was still in it he said yes to me and after it cooled to sip on. I noticed no cream at all. But when I told the other lady about how the boy treated me she said ok to me as if what was she supposed to about it. So I wont be back to this location anymore. After they have made me feel this way and all the money I personally put into the Starbucks business alone. Treat people with respect even if they're not ur regulars, u have no idea how much more of a regular, a person may be somewhere else. I go to Starbucks so much I know how it is ran even. I have a family relationship with my home Starbucks they are amazing maybe some ppl from here could transfer and take notes on real customer service and how to treat ppl, however for the record the blonde lady at the counter was polite in...

I am a regular Starbucks customer but my experience today was very disappointing. I stopped by this place to buy a couple of drinks for my wife and daughter, the place was empty and I noticed that they had removed the menu from where it was located, I took a moment to decide what I wanted but the lady who was in charge of taking the orders illogically pressured me to order immediately, I did so without really knowing what I wanted and I no longer had time to change my order which was 2 small drinks (Vbean Frapp Skies Drink) for which I paid 11.80, taking into account that I always pay 12 for 2 of these same large drinks, it did not make sense that I would pay the same for only taking half, so I asked the same lady who had taken my order in the most polite way, but her face showed displeasure and her response was worse since she rudely told me that she did not set the prices and that if I wanted her to speak to the corporation; I work somewhere else in customer service and I'm sure that this is not the way to treat a customer. I would have liked some suggestions when ordering and not feel pressured. I would have probably changed my choice, but I feel like I paid the same and only got half as much.
