I always give a restaurant several chances before I post anything negative. I have been to this location 3 times now. Each time has proven disappointing. The first time they lost our order and then they closed and basically said sorry. The second time we got only part of what we ordered. This last time I wanted to try them one more time because the McAlester's by my office is so good I was hoping the first times were just a fluke. Nope unfortunately not. I order curbside since I was coming from the pool. I called to let them know I was there and a young man said âno problem be out soonâ. We waited until 10 mins past the pick up time on the receipt to call again. The young lady verified my name twice and then I was asked to read her my order and order number. She said, âWe will be right with youâand then asked me to verify my car. I wait another 15 minutes all while people are walking in and out with food. I send my husband in to see if something is wrong and they canât find our order..... The young man starts arguing that they donât just bring food out. My husband showed him our order number and receipt with curbside. He says oh you paid. Ugh! Then a lady walks around the corner and says is this it literally 40 minutes from when it was ordered. I wish I could at least get the $5 tip for two salads and a tea back to give it to...
   Read moreMy family has been regular customer and spent on average $100-$150 a month at this location. They used to offer good food but their food quality has gone drastically down. Last Friday, August 3rd I picked up the food and the bread for the sandwiches were not toasted and the ingredients tasted like they have been sitting at room temperature for the last two days which made me sick but thank you to Bismuth subsalicylate that helped me get normal. I called and spoke with the manager who apologized and offer to remake the meal anytime I would like to stop by. Manager sent an apology note with invitation to stop by as he wanted to make up for the bad food. Today I was busy in meetings and requested my family to pick up the food and when my family arrived at this location to pick up the food in addition to purchasing another order and bring this location more revenue, Casey another manager refused service since my family did not have the apology post card that they had sent so I sent the photo of the apology card to my family to show to Casey and I promised Casey to bring the post card the following day instead Casey refused service and did not sound to care much. My family was humiliated by this location and we will never return to this location again. I'm sure there are other businesses in the area that would appreciate...
   Read moreFood wasn't bad... I typically get their club sandwiches which are pretty good! I only got a basic spud/house salad this time. The salad was big and quite fresh. The cheese on my baked potato came out in one giant glob which was not very appetizing. Due to it congealing over the entire potato, I couldn't really melt my butter onto it once sifting through all the cheese. They have a GREAT deal on kid's meal pricing, especially for what's all included! ... But I'm writing this review today based on the brunette who works the front (with the hot pink blush), I didn't get her name, but she definitely needs to work on controlling her eye rolling towards customers and was pretty disrespectful overall. Management should have a talk with her about first waiting for the customers to walk away PRIOR to making faces and talking about the customers to her co-workers. We were still standing there and watched her do this right in front of us. (I had asked for a condiment y'all apparently don't provide and said it would be nice if y'all offered it as an option in the future. Not sure why that garnered an attitude?) I know she seemed pretty young, but that's no excuse...
