I'm almost 30 years old and this is by far the worst service and restaurant experience I've ever had. If I could give negative stars I definitely would. We walked in to the restaurant, me and my cousin. The place was packed and noisy so we decided to sit in the back bar where it was quiet. The atmosphere was nice, the music was good, and the bartender/waiter we had originally when we walked in was respectful and polite. However this is where the complimentaries end. That waiter was at the near end of his shift and the waitress that took his place was rude and unfriendly. I ordered an Avacado bacon burger. Our food took over an hour to get to us and when I took my first bite of the burger I noticed how horribly burnt and dry the hamburger patty was, it was like a hockey puck. There were absolutely no condiments on it so that made it even drier. I almost didn't want to say anything and just leave out of sheer disappointment and dissatisfaction for the fact that I'd been waiting so long for my food and how hungry I was. But alas, I asked them to remake it... which they did and 20 minutes later, the burger patty was no longer burnt but the bacon was burnt and crunchy as glass. I guess they heard me say how dry it was because there was a pile of mayo on my burger... so disgusting I couldn't get through half of it before just pushing my plate aside I was so upset. My waitress asked me if I wanted a to go box and my response was "Absolutely not"... she then asked me if it was good and I replied "No". And the no follow up after that, not even a simple "I'm sorry". My cousin ordered fish and chips with white gravy and coleslaw, she said the fish and chips were good but the coleslaw wasnt and the white gravy was translucent... How do you mess up gravy? My cousin tried talking to the waitress a few times and got blatantly and utterly ignored multiple times. I left so upset and unsatisfied and we werent even asked if something could be done about it. I will never come back, and I advise anyone reading to not spend your money here. There's an Arby's across the street. Negative...

Read moreHave eaten here before and it was decent, tonight however I had a pretty horrible experience.
I would stay away from the prime rib they offer if venturing there. Tonight I decided to try the prime rib, 12oz and ordered it rare.
A few minutes after ordering a young lady that wasn't our waitress came to the table and informed us that they had cooked the prime rib too long and could not do it rare. I asked what they could do and she replied medium, not my personal favorite but I was okay with that, thinking it was still freshly cooked as the menu states.
When the waitress brought us our plates, she apologized that she didn't know it would be a "re-heat" when I ordered. My wife and I were confused by this, as the young lady had stated it was cooked longer, not that it would be a re-heat. The prime rib was barely warm, and tasted like it had been microwaved. I only had a few bites and it was dry and bland, and didn't sit well.
After paying my bill I verified with the waitress that she had said it was a re-heat, and she confirmed it was. We let her know that she should let the young lady who came to our table know that she should be more upfront and direct about it when informing people, as I definitely feel I was misled.
Had I known it was a reheat, I would have changed my order. Paying over $30 for yesterday's left overs is not what I envision when ordering at a restaurant.
On the plus side my wife said her BLTA was good, the clam chowder was good, and my dogs are enjoying the...
