There was a guy in the morning that gave me the wrong thing even though i asked him if it was the right thing. At this point i saw him just sitting where the fries are and stareing at me in my peripheal vision in a offended and defensive type of way.Then i asked him to replace it and he gave me something else wrong. I decided to just get a refund which they didnt do successfully. It put 12 dollars in my account then took it out then put it in this kept repeating for about 7 days and which point it removed the money they put in. I had to return there in person and get a cash refund. I decided to stop eating here because i felt like that guy would do something to my food. I was never rude or abrasive to him but i got the vibe he wanted to provoke me in a passive agressive way. The manager on duty when i got my refund was rude too. He replied "what do you want" then he didnt complete the refund correctly. Weird place with defensive and over reactive staff would not waste your time here. My daughter went to pick up the order and was told to do the refund on the app. She texted me right away. So I went on the app and I knew it! You can’t do refunds on the app!!
I called and spoke to the MOD Ariel! Says she can’t do anything & I have to go to the restaurant to speak to the manager above her named Augustine! I left my name and number with Ariel to give to Augustine.
I then asked for the refund amount and she says she doesn’t know what the refund would be. WHY DOESN’T YOUR MOD KNOW?? WHY DO YOUR EMPLOYEES TELL CUSTOMERS TO DO THE REDUND ON THE APP AND I CAN’T EVEN FIND IT ANYWHERE ON YOUR APP TO DO REFUND!!
I am angry! I am frustrated!! I need to be refunded!! Or at least offer to provide me a FULL replacement order!! TIME IS MONEY! it takes us 10-15 minutes to drive to Jack in the Box! Also your employees need customer service training!

We went through the drive thru and were told they closed for the evening. Ok, so what about our delivery order? We aren’t accepting orders anymore. Ok, but it was already confirmed through the delivery app sooo? Well we aren’t doing that anymore tonight. Ok, so can you cancel it so our delivery rating doesn’t go down since too many cancellations on our end results in losing the job? No actually we can’t, the manager has to do that. Ok, so why didn’t your manager shut down the order acceptance with the third party delivery apps BEFORE you closed? Useless company, useless staff, and apparently useless management with no regard for their customers. As a customer here myself in the past, you can also expect to spend at least 30 minutes in the drive thru with maybe only 1-2 cars in front of you.
