normally this would be a 5-star review that's pretty much all I do or I don't review it but my experience here was worth mentioning. we make one to two orders a week at the Medford location. they usually ring in at about 40 bucks for sandwiches and sodas. usually takes 15 minutes this time it took a half an hour of course I get they get busy but then I showed up and no sandwiches so the lady tells me I see your ticket they're making it now. another 15 minutes rolls by somebody asks again what I'm waiting for and I give him my name they find the loose ticket and had not even started the sandwiches. needless to say 45 minutes into waiting for a couple of sandwiches my wife had 15 minutes to get across town so I could not wait another 15 minutes for them to make them. manager didn't seem to care and in approximately 3 to 4 days I'll get my 40 bucks back??? bad Business practice and treatment of customers is also something that should be recognized here so here's my first negative review in...

Love your sandwiches. Hate the service.
I waited 30 minutes after my pickup time for one sandwich, along with a small crowd of equally hangry customers. Not a single word from your staff—no updates, no “sorry for the wait,” just radio silence while they served walk-ins like we were invisible.
Finished sandwiches sat untouched behind the counter for 5 minutes before being bagged—only after someone complained. And then your employees started complaining about the complainers, loud enough for all of us to hear. Yikes.
This isn’t a staffing issue—it’s a training and leadership issue. A little organization and basic communication would go a long way.
I really do love Jersey Mike’s, but I’m not interested in playing customer service roulette every time I order. Please don’t reply with a canned “thanks for the feedback.” Fix it.

Read moreI use the app and have gotten food here probably 10-12 times and it’s usually a big order (5-6 sandwiches). I don’t know if it’s a problem with this location or the company, but I don’t think they have ever gotten my order correct. I always think “I’ll give them another shot, maybe they’ll get it right” but nope, there is always something wrong. Anytime I pick up food, I have to open every sandwich and make sure they’re made correctly and every single time there is always 1-3 sandwiches made wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, completely wrong sandwich all together. They remake the sandwich(es), but it’s really frustrating to have to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME.
