If you have never tried Cold Stone creamery you are really missing out. I don't know where to begin. I don't know if it's still is but I think it is right next to the big Tinseltown movie theater. When me and my ex-girlfriend used to go to the movies there we would go into the Cold Stone creamery and get an ice cream in anything that could fit in her purse. You know a cup or a waffle cone whatever could fit. And we would pay for the movie and sneak it in. It was that important to have that in hand to watch a movie. The stuff is addicting. When you walk up to the shelf to order, they ask you what kind of ice cream you want first off and usually I got the strawberry ice cream and next to where all the ice creams are in the freezer thing that they lift up there are big metal cups that are filled with things like cheesecake chunks, m&m's , Reese's peanut butter cups broken up, Reese's pieces, strawberries, raspberries, I mean everything that you would ever need or want on a desert are in these cups. So she takes your ice cream out of the container and puts it on this Frozen slab of marble Stone. That is where she mixes your ingredients in with the ice cream with two metal stainless steel spatulas Frozen. She mixes it in all amazingly, just watching them do it is a treat for me. After that, how she got that much stuff stuffed into a waffle cone a big darn waffle cone without breaking it always amazed me. But what you have at the end I swear to you you've never had before. I don't care where you're from I don't care what you've had this is something different. Please if you are near this area please try this place it might not be the cheapest but I always say quality over quantity. But the thing about this place it's quantity and quality, you get a lot with one waffle cone. It's overflowing out of this thing. So bring your spouse or your boyfriend or girlfriend and just get one big waffle cone and share it. Sit outside as the sun's going down and share it with each other you and your loved one. Just little things like that will help your relationship grow stronger. When you're together it's not just about the big things that happen in your life. it's mostly about the small things the everyday things. To me the small things are the most important besides having a baby and getting married obviously. Opening a door for her. If she has something on her mouth grab your napkin and clean it off for her. Hold her hand like you used to when you were younger. when does that go away and why? I don't know about everybody else but when I'm in love or think I'm in love I'm proud to have her next to me. I'm giddy like a child. I want everybody in the world to know that this is her this is the one that I love. So show her, show him. Do something small that means a lot. Like taking him or her out to get ice cream and watch the sunset. Hold her hand as you're walking her to the door of the car and open the door for her. Maybe if we show each other more respect the rest of the world will see that...
Read moreFive stars for Gracie and the rest of the team, for being the real MVP here. Gracie made me a delicious smoothie regardless of the awful blender she was forced to use. The owner needs to get this location better equipment so their employees can be set up for success. If you offer blended drinks, you should have properly functioning blenders and not leave it to your employees to 'make do' with a blender that clearly needs to be replaced. It is NOT their fault if the equipment they're left with doesn't work. Imagine doing everything in your power to provide good service and being thwarted by things out of your control. I saw too many employees struggling with the blenders, the freezer door, the ice cream storage lid and other little gadgets that seemed to not be used for practical reasons but for 'company policy.' A team of about 5 young women were working so hard and diligently serving each customer to the best of their abilities. If you come here, expect good ice cream and good service. Do not fault any of the employees for the bad equipment they...
Read moreThe ice cream was great but the service wasn’t worth it. I took my kids there along with my two nieces on the 11th and the lady that was working there clearly did not want to be there. Her attitude was horrible. She seemed very annoyed when the kids wanted to add a couple things in their ice cream. Mind you, they were obviously trying to be respectful and make it really easy on her seeing that she was not having a good day which is kind of unfortunate for the kids because we went to cold stone for the experience. If I didn’t want stuff in the ice cream we would have went somewhere else and saved money. The lady straight up just ignored my daughter. Honestly, the only reason I tipped was because her coworker helped out. I felt bad for her to, having to work with that all day. Maybe the lady should consider finding a job that doesn’t having anything to do with customer service. Also, I wouldn’t be leaving this review if my children were out of hand. I understand how crazy kids can be but this was not the case, regardless, it’s...
