Food: 9/10 Service: 1/10
Everything was delicious, one of the few places that actually grills their grill onions. Cheese high quality, and lettuce crisp. Fries are soft, but not floppy and greasy. Milkshakes are like water, and barely cold. More like crystallized milk.
Service was terrible. The store was blasting music so you could barely hear in the first place. The guy who took my order talked in such a low voice I couldnt hear him, then he got annoyed when I kept asking to repeat himself. I had ordered two cheeseburgers, two large fries, and two drinks. Aswell as 3 small shakes for my family. And he told me no! He said that the large fries are for 6 people, and I didnt want them. Then put me down for 2 mediums and went on his way. He didnt even get my shakes at first and I had to remind him, then he only put 2 out of the 3. I asked if he had all three on there and he adjusted to count. When I got my food I had 4 shakes. I mentioned I had only ordered 3, and the shake lady said I get a free one then. Getting back to my car I saw the receipt had me down for 4! Those shakes are expensive! If they cant get orders right they shouldnt blast music. I wonder how they cater to people who have less...
Read moreWe were excited to try this new burger place in town. As we walked in the door (maskless) we were immediately greeted with "Do you have a mask." Not hello, welcome, or any other kind of greeting. We instantly felt unwelcomed. We awkwardly stood there not sure what to say. The poor cashier guy looked terrified, not of us, but what seemed to be his supervisor or managers presence. They huddled together trying to decide whether they wanted to serve us or not. We were literally the only two customers there. We started to order once the cashier came back and I'm guessing it was the manager or a really rude employee shouts, you need to wear a mask. We get it, we heard it and we didn't have one. A more professional approach would be to offer masks to your customers if you are going to encourage your employees to act like a bunch of Kate Browns. We were also told to wait outside while we waited for our food. We will NEVER go back. Horrible service...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I went to eat here on Saturday, first time trying a five guys burger. Surprised by the price of a bacon cheeseburger. Appropriate for what was depicted in the pictures on the wall so we had high expectations. Decent amount of customers so we figured it’d be a wait. Maybe 10 minutes passed, not too bad, when our number was called. The burger looked and smelled delicious but fell apart after it was cut in half. It seems this burger had been made immediately after ordered and sat there for 10 minutes before being given to us because the bun was soggy and couldn’t hold the burger together. Giving 3 stars only because the bacon was amazingly crispy. Unfortunately, this was a one and done experience for us. I don’t think anyone likes eating soggy bread. I’d understand if we had gone all the way home to eat it but not sitting in the restaurant after it had...
