This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks or any coffee shop for that matter! They took our order then started just looking around, 5 minutes later I asked if they were making our drinks (we were the oy order and people) 0they finally said they didnt have any frap, they looked for about 10 minutes then asked if we wanted expresso instead. I said no we would just like a refund if they can't make what we ordered. Both boys working stated they didn't know how to give a refund and didn't know what to do, so then they said they needed to call over a target lead, Waited 5+ minutes and then she also didn't know how to give a refund. Told us we had to wait while she went up stairs to see what she could do, told them to forget we still had I hours left to go in our drive home. So we left 15 minutes later after we paid for a drink they couldn't make nor give us a refund for.. no...
Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks in Medford. The employees are slow to help you out and seem to be more into talking with each other than doing their job. The last time I got a coffee from their with my husband our blended drinks were liquidity (mine Very liquidity.) She said she made the drink the "right way" and that it was my milk choice that made it liquidity. I've been ordering my blended drinks with coconut milk for a year and before that with almond milk. I've never had a blended drink so thin from anywhere. I informed her of this. She offered to take the drink back and add more ice to the drink she already made and blend it again. And that was all she could do. I wanted her to redo the drink completely because she messed it up. No offer for that. I ended up leaving upset because I didn't have time to debate the situation with her....
Read moreI asked to leave space in coffee for cream. When I opened lid, It was full to top. So had to sip and wait. Even though she saw it was full, she just shrugged. Then had to interrupt her busy co-worker social chat to ask for cream, which instead of being out for customers, she took it from fridge then quickly put away. Cuustomers are an obvious interruption to their social life, they are not trained in service, nor do they care. Starbucks has gone downhill. The Americano quality was poor. Not a worthy value for...
