I will put this whole store on blast. I have never in my life worked at a more ghetto, slum, disrespectful place IN MY LIFE!!!! They throw new hires on the floor in the middle of rush with no training. Tell you to "watch videos" on your down time (hard to do when you work another job, have kids, etc.) Destiny their long time employee shorted tips on more than one occasion lied about it, and instead of running cameras back they just believed her. Other employees told me it had been a problem for a while I was the only one with the guts enough to say something g. But one time I did she told me to clock out and go home. Josh another supervisor is one of the rudest, disrespectful people I have ever met yelling that new people should know what they are doing 2 weeks in....How? 15 hours a week? Yep we should know everything they know after working there years. The Bosses Timmy and Cassie were Timmy was the only understanding one I thought Cassie was till she fired me yesterday because she was gone for a week and came back to her son little Timmy and Destiny telling her how I went to the shed to get lids where I was told all lids cups back up etc were. They thought it was so hilarious and locked me out. and said "were at least you smoked your ciggerette" when every last employee there either vapes or smokes or hmgets high on their break. I was told by the night supervisor the lids they asked me to fill in particular were in the inside storage. First person to tell me that! I closed with her a few nights which I thought went well. Then just my luck I got very I'll with a double ear infection and bronchitis and I text Cassie who told me and I quote "THE ONLY PERSON YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH IS ME" So I text her the night before she answered do what you need to do. I let her k kw I wouldn't be there. yesterday I brought a dr note because the morning shift lead Nisha told me I was a no call no show obviously a LACK of communication on the Bosses part. Instead of apologizing or saying get well I got the boot because I was under 90 days. I do not recommend anyone work there unless you like being talked down to in front of customers. And don't mind working with gutter trash talking people period!!!! I used to run subway in Bristol Florida and I never seen anything like this. As for me they did me a favor 🙏 God got me out of there now I can focus more my other job that cares for me and my health issues and has respect for me.

The same day I. made this review I was put on life support in the ICU at Holmes Regional for 8 days due to RSV, carbon monoxide poisoning, and the Rhinovirus. I was sick!! I almost died. I recently had an experience at Dunkin' Donuts that left me feeling disappointed with the assortment of munchkins that I received. I had placed an order for assorted munchkins, hoping to enjoy a variety of flavors, but unfortunately, I was only given the glazed ones. When I asked the staff about it, they mentioned that they had run out of the other flavors and could only provide me with the remaining pumpkin munchkins.
While I understand that stock availability can sometimes be unpredictable, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the limitation of options. When I ordered the assorted munchkins, I expected to receive a mix of flavors as advertised. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed me about the shortage before finalizing my order, allowing me to make an informed decision or choose a different option altogether.
To improve customer satisfaction, I would suggest that Dunkin' Donuts implement better communication regarding out-of-stock items, especially when it comes to assortments and variety packs. Providing substitutes or offering alternatives can help maintain customer satisfaction even in situations where certain flavors are unavailable.
Overall, I have always been a fan of Dunkin' Donuts and their delicious treats, but this particular experience at this location left me considering other options in the future. Read moreI went to the Harbor City Blvd location in Melbourne FL where I go every day to see the smiling faces of the employees. However, the store owner (Cassie) told me that due to their environment that I wasn't allow to stay more than 5 mins. (They tend to have numerous homeless people come in and I was FAR from looking homeless) I come to this location daily, spend tons of money at this location including at times becoming friendly with her daughter who would often comp my drink. I had an incident recently where one of the staff members Michael asked me if I was a boy or girl because he couldn't tell because I had a high pitch voice. The daughter was the one who made the situation better NOT the store manager. The manager NEVER reached out to me to apologize but the daughter had the employee apologize. (Now that employee has been rehired) I could have stop going then but I put my faith into this business and let it go but this is the last straw. I decided NOT to buy anything and walked out. I feel as if you need to rethink your store owner for franchise as she is NOT professional and carried herself with very much disrespect.
I am ashamed and disappointed by the way that I was spoken to by the store manager. Perhaps Dunkin should rethink her position because she is terrible at her job. Because of her ratchet behavior she just lost a valuable customer and I'll be letting my boss know who goes in and supports that...
