McDonald's — Restaurant in Melbourne

Worse McDonalds EVER!! I have had issues with this store for years. Rude employees and the Owner Mr.Rodriguez doesn’t seem to care. I went there at 5:30 in the morning and was verbally assaulted by a manager. She then proceeded to snick her teeth at me and then punched the window in the drivethru. I made phone calls to the corporate number and to no surprise knowbody has called me back. Now in all the years I myself have worked in the custom service industry as a waitress I NEVER would behave or disrespect customers the way this store does. If the order is wrong or ice cold they give you the attitude instead of an apology. What happen d to the customer is always right. Not to mention the outrageous pricing now. This is the closet McDonalds to my house. Why should I have to drive 20 min out of the way becUse their employees are rude and disrespectful to customers. The sad part is it’s a known thing about this store. I was telling a friend about my latest experience and a person nearby said “ oh you must be talking about Eau Gallie”. There are a small and I small few people that work there that are nice and accommodating. But This so called Manager who is African American was as ghetto as they come! Who snickers their teeth and punches a window at a customer?? Trash does! And yet she still works there and is allowed to behave that way! Also my food NEVER looks like his so called pictures he has. Very rare but we're not hot but once in awhile it's bound to happen busy spot. I am so blessed with my job on a freeze I called to speak to the manager about the app told her about my job being on a freeze she remembers me from when I always call to compliment and tell her of the drive-thru workers a few different ones I've met how amazing they are kind courteous thorough and helpful. So she remembered me I remembered her. Erica you and Ian who I just recently called and put in a good word for was working the drive-thru today first window you answer the phone remembering when I have called to put in a good word for him in the past recently actually told her about the freezer on my job and Erica called me back to tell me it's okay I've been there. Being that it's Mother's Day and knowing your daughter won't contact you and how can you have been and took the time to call to share your good experiences with my employees get whatever you want is on me today. Knowing my daughter's off to college and didn't see her for 4 years knows how my 💔 for the love of my life Brittany my beauty, she says it's on me I am so blessed! Would never recommend this McDonald's unless you want to get sick or have bad service, or poor quality food. Each time I've come here I've been pulled forward to wait on fresh food it has either come out not fresh, or missing items and upon requesting for something to be done, Im given attitude by employees, and constantly hear the management team insult others under their breath, all while everyone in the lobby looks disgruntled and irritated every time without fail. I come here on occasional weekends and rarely weekdays but I understand fast food as I work in it. The manager on weekend shifts doesnt know how to manage his shift, putting someone who doesnt even speak english in a position of customer service, and having people run around like chickens with their heads cut off when they dont need to be. The final straw that has made me write this review has been a quarter pounder meal that my father ordered that as of 2 days ago, Saturday May 24th 2025, has been making him feel nauseous and sick after eating the burger, which he complained was undercooked while eating.
