Poor customer service. Played pool and could not get drinks or food. Asked for the manager to see what was the problem. He informed us that they no longer served the billiards area. I asked since when we were just there 2 days ago and they had served us. There are no signs posted to inform us of this since we has been there for over an hour and half no one even stopped and spoke with us to inform us of this. So I went to the bar to place my order and the bartender seems lost as to what I was saying he said it's hard to serve us because there was no table number where we were at I stated how about billiard table 1 from the left? I placed our order and bartender bought food out cold since it had been seating for awhile at the bar. Then went back to the bar to get drinks no one checked to see if we needed refills. Went back to the bar to order more food and drinks. Food came out a little hotter after I complained to bartender, he then asked for my credit card for bar tab (STRONGLY DISAGREE). Went to cash out after a horrible meal and could not take the bad service of our glasses being empty for over an hour. Bartender could not locate credit card finally located the card and it was wrapped up on the bar as a free for all. Enjoyed coming here before, never had a problem with service before. I guess our money while shooting pool is lesser then those not playing and just came in to eat our total bill was 55 at the bar and 35 for playing pool more than most spend just eating. Looking for new place to spend my money at.

Attempted to call the Customer service number and pressed 2 and was told by voice mail that service was unavailable and to leave a message. I so done with D&B. Went back on Monday due to the fact that we had went week before and service was great at the billiards area received a military discount for playing pool spent over 100 dollars that night.

Went back Monday night and was told that we could not get service in the area because it was reserved for later that night and we should not be over there. We informed the manager that the lady at the front desk gave us the pool balls to play after providing my ID which she didn't give back after I paid don't agree with that policy at all. So no food but took my money for playing pool then was told we didn't get a military discount for playing pools so I was like it's a game and we were just here last week and got one.

Not sure what training are they giving to each manager or staff but this place really needs to get it's act together or I will make sure to put it on the red list of places for...

Came to this Dave and Busters location because my of my besties birthday. Everything started out fine there was a moment when we checked to redeem our gift cards that the cashier was dreaded dealing with our party because we had gift cards. But we got it taken care of or so we thought and proceeded enjoy ourselves. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated and about 15 minutes later we had a table. We ordered the waitress was very nice and accommodating. We received our drinks we started to notice that the music continued to get louder and louder to the point we couldn't hear our own conversations at our table. The waitress returned with the remaining drinks and then took our food order. When the food came every one recieved something they ordered except for my husband who had the simplest order of chicken tenders and fries. Every one at the table had finished thier food and we were waiting for the waitress to return to order more drinks. My husband waited 45 minutes for his food after everyone else had been served. When the waitress finally returned she had his food that was room temperature and informed us that the remaining side items we ordered were no longer available and that she would fix the bills so we wouldn't be charged for them and she would return shortly with our bill. We were ready to go play games at this point. We were determined to have a good time for my friends birthday. We waited as the waitress and the GM scrambled to fix our bills because of the issues with them running out of the side items. When we finally got our bills my friend had a 36 dollar service on her tab, my husband's and I had a 30 dollar fee also. We stopped the GManger to ask him about it and also get more info on using the gift cards for Dave and Busters we purchased through Costco. They didn't know how to use them which made everything more difficult. The GM leaves to fix our bill again and didn't return for another hour. This experience was awful for a birthday and I'm very apprehensive about visiting another location to attempt using the rest of my gift card. I feel like the staff has potential to be amazing but they need more traing in handling gift cards, thier attitude towards difficult situations with customers and atmosphere. I come here quite regularly at least twice a week every week and it’s always been a good time but yesterday on 12/29 I was so uncomfortable I was sitting with my guest while my kids were playing and I was asked how many guest were in my party and I told the lady 4 she told me I had to move and find another table they all were nasty which is why I sat where I sat in one of the bigger booths plus myself plus guest and kids aren’t petite either so I really felt discriminated and disrespected we got up and moved and I walked around to find another table they were all still dirty so I let the lady know that who asked me to move she told me they were trying to find a towel so I said ok so we were just standing in the walk way for a few minutes and I can’t stand long one of the ladies told me a tall table was available I looked at the table it was a tight fit and I’m nor my guests are petite so I told her I couldn’t sit there because of my neurological disorder and my guest is handicap as well she just looked at me and told me I’d have to wait I told her I couldn’t stand up much longer so I walked over to I assume a manager she had an ear piece in her ear I asked her if she was a server she just smirked and said no while she was just standing there at the counter finally got a clean table after waiting a good 10 or so minutes maybe longer. Then there was another wait to wait on a server no menus on the table to see what I wanted to order I walked to the bar the same lady was still standing there I asked if I could place a order at the bar she shut me down smirking and said your server will be around shortly. My server finally came she was very professional and pleasant but the manager or whoever she was is bad for business she didn’t say much she kept her words short and did more smirking and shaking her head than anything else. I got my order in the food was good but my drink looked and tasted like water most definitely wasn’t a long island ice tea. Overall I left feeling some type of way I still tipped my server because she did her job but the other 2 ladies couldn’t have been anymore...
