well i ordered from this dominos cuz my 2 yr old daughter wanted some pizza. i ordered dominos cuz of the tracker and would be able to tell how long it was til it arrived. after about 20 min i checked the tracker and it had said my order was already delivered. so i proceeded to call the store and ask where the driver is at, and she told me he was on route to my location. 30 min later the driver still didnt arrive so i called the store again and the manager told me that he was on his way and reason it was taking so long is cuz there were multiple orders the driver had. for one i worked for dominos in vandalia ohio before and i know it is against company policy to take more than one order at a time. i told the manager i knew this policy and she told me well all the orders were to the same location (when driver finally arrived he only had one order). now it doesnt make sense that it would be delayed due to multiple orders on same run if all the orders were going to same location. i called dominos back and told the employee the situation and asked for a manager, in the background i could hear the manager complaining about me. i was put on hold to wait for the manager to get one the phone. they kept me on hold for abput 15 min im guessing to wait til delivery guy was here to get on the phone. this very well happened and the employee NOT THE MANAGER got back on and said he was outside. i looked outside and the drivers car was here but no where to be found. now to add to the horrible experience i had put on the drivers instructions to plz call when in lobby and i would meet down there. in the meantime of me looking for the driver my girlfriend called and told me he was at the room waiting for me despite the driving instructions to meet in the lobby. my gf asked the driver to hang on while she called me back up and tried to close the door while she called and the driver actually attempted to hold the door open and she had to FORCE it closed. when i got back up to the room the driver was once again no where to be found then 2 seconds later im getting a call from front desk saying the driver was in the lobby. REALLY YOUR GONNA MAKE ME PLAY HIDE AND SEEK FOR MY ORDER WHILE MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS WAITING FOR HER FOOD!!!! I went back down to the lobby to finally be able to obtain my order and of course my order was cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At that time i did not pay for the order and instructed for the driver to take the order back and that they will not be recieving a dime from me and i will be sure to leave a nice little review and i also told him i will be getting ahold of the general manager and the district manager to inform them of the horrible customer service and the unproffesional managaement. i had to have my gf call off a different number to be able to get the manager on the phone. this is completely and totally horrible service and I DO NOT RECOMMENED ANYONE TO ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I'm sorry to the employees, you're swamped and trying your best. But there are clearly not enough drivers, poor management, and severe inconsistencies in quality and delivery time that explain this one star review.
Sometimes, delivery is fast and secure. Food is average.
Other times, like right now, food is incredibly low quality.
In the last 3 months, I've ordered from Dominos 3 times. Each time has had the same issues: undercooked dough, limited ingredients, and long delivery times.
Right now, I'm waiting on a replacement for an order that arrived sloshed in the box. Both pizzas arrived undercooked and cold. On one pizza, there was no crust. Entire sections of the pizza attached to the box on the top and bottom of the pizza. The expected delivery time for a replacement products is 90 minutes.
By undercooked I mean the there is raw dough in the pizza.
The proportion to toppings and dough? Also very out of balance. Extra cheese means more than normal amount of cheese. That is not the case at this Domino's. Normal amount of meat or meatless toppings means a normal amount of toppings, not half toppings.
I hate that I'm leaving this review, but I hope my bad experience prevents you from a similar one. 8 times out of 10, your order will be undercooked, delayed, or incorrect. It's not worth taking that risk. Do not waste your money and time.
I'd order from a different Domino's, this is the only one that delivers to my address. from now on, I'll be ordering from a competitor.
Update: After about an hour, my replacement pizzas arrived. Both were worse than the first pizzas. Just the biggest bummer. I hope Pizza...
Read moreI entered into this location Saturday 1215am. I ordered a 3 topping pizza, chicken alfredo pasta, snd 20 oz coke. I attempted to pay with a fifty and the newly hired young man was all to willing to accept it, but needed assistance from another employee (possibly newly hired) who sought out help from a tenured employee. The tenured employee explained that typically we don't accept 50's but agreed to once she finished her customer. I said I didn't see that posted anywhere (I was snappy). She told me very kindly, " Ma'am it's posted beside the hours of business on the door!" And indeed it was. I paid and was seated. I witnessed the tenured employee greet every customer, answered the phone with energy and sales pitch. She was great! Then an issue with part of my order not being ready (pizza), while the other portion (chicken alfredo) not even being placed in the oven to cook arised. So I explained to the young lady (not the tenured) that I wanted a refund on the alfredo. The tenured young lady investigated and determined that there was an issue with communicaton and graciously refunded the alfredo. I said all of that to say this, even with the hiccups in service (my fault and theres) the cashiers on the front line delivered exemplary service. The tenured employee was handling issues outside of mines but never came out of character. The service will be the reason I will return. I wish I knew her name and the other 2 cashiers.
