I ordered online and sat in the car to give them time to make my order they weren’t busy as far as having customers inside I do understand that they might have been working on other people online orders I eventually went inside to see if it could’ve been ready or not and the young girl behind the register was on the phone whoever she was talking to was on speaker and she asked me if I had an online order I said yes she never asked me for my name to see if she had just finished my order or if she needed to work on it after I said yes she started making sandwiches and as I’m standing there the guy with the dreads has headphones on his head walking around singing very loud he had a smoke break while I was in the car and started back working he never washed his hands and the 2nd young girl comes out of the restroom with headphones on her head too everyone is busy listening to music and etc and not paying attention to the customer the 1st young girl still never said anything to me as I stood there not knowing if my order was ready or not so I walked out and sat in the car in order to refrain myself from going off due to the lack of customer service I go back in and that same young lady who was on the phone said “your order over there” she wasn’t in front of the counter I couldn’t even see her when she said it and didn’t know what over there was and I said over where she walked to the counter and it’s behind the register she expected me to reach behind the cash register to get my bag of food and she pulled the receipt out saying you ordered this as if she knew exactly who I was to begin with she never asked for a name so I just took it and walked out not knowing who food I actually had this wasn’t good customer service I get food from this location all the time and it’s just getting worse as far as customer service and ordering through uber eats things are being left out as far as drinks and chips etc or given...

Thirteen hours ago, I was at Michael's daydreaming about beads and the clearance aisle, which by the way, has been remodeled and ladies, you did a five-star job. If I win the lottery, I am probably going to spend it all at Michael's. I really love that store, and sorry for being the last customer of the day. You ladies are always so helpful and patient. Now I just need to know where to buy the winning lottery ticket?! I am sorry Jimmy John's but I cannot review a place I have never been nor food I have never eaten. I have heard that your sandwiches are awesome though. Unfortunately, for the past two years, I have been on medical leave, and eating out is something I rarely do these days. It's a shame that Google did not get the full algorithm to be able to read the core 'unique identifying key (UIK) ' that they got from Facebook because then Google Maps tell the difference between the real person and the person they are impersonating. See Google isn't really sucking up all your data when they drive down your street and through your neighborhood. No that would be unmanageable, especially on a global scale. Google just wants your Facebook UIK. See that way they can follow you everywhere you go, no matter the apps, games, social media platform, browser and institutions you login to. Do not worry though, they just want to provide you with suggestions that are tailored-made for you specifically. It's like having your own personal conceirge service. Unless your significant other thinks you are doing something with someone you shouldn't be doing that with and then, welcome to hell. It is really just someone else impersonating you online which is not illegal, and everyone wonders why Google and Facebook are so successful....

I ordered my food for lunch my girlfriend goes to pick it up when I get it what I ordered ONLINE it was missing half the things I put on it which was very frustrating seeing is how the order was placed online I mean what kind of idiots can't read (not all employees) and the also managed to mess up a simple order my gf placed in the store. So I called the so called manager (Bill) who is either a family member of the owner or just doesn't give a crap about his job does nothing at all didn't ask to replace it, did absolutely nothing just was like ol well. So I didn't eat it after his I don't give a #$# attitude so I went to Lenny's (much better by the way) and order more food and took Jimmy Johns there food back when I got off. So the so called Manager Bill tells me he can't give me a refund because they do not do refunds because of there policy so I tell him its not posted anywhere and by law that has to be posted and I also tell him that if he had asked to remake my sub and acted like he has any kinda of customer service I wouldn't have wanted a refund but now I do because of his horrible management. So he tells me no so I ask him to contact the owner and he didn't want to do that, Until I say well i'm gonna call the cops that's when he says really dude and I say yes you stole my money so then he decides to call the owner which didn't answer so I leave my number and I also get corporates number but I still haven't heard from the owner about my refund and i'm still waiting to see what corporate will do if nothing Attorney here I come which will only cost me $135 that I will get back later but its the simple fact that I have to go through so much to get a $9 refund wow Really Jimmy Johns!!
