This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I'm used to the long lines, that's par for the course when dining at CFA. But, waiting over 10 minutes for my food when I was the 2nd car in line was unacceptable. It got worse from there. While waiting at the drive- through window, I was assured that my food would be fresh, especially my fries, since I had a long drive home. I also asked for special sauce that my wife requested. This may have been the most important item in my order. I wanted my wife to enjoy her food. After an additional 5 minutes of waiting in the parking lot, they finally delivered my food. I tried one of my fries. It was lukewarm. I was upset by this, but I didn't have time to deal with it (by this time, there were a few cars in line, and they were experiencing similar wait times). I also noticed that they dropped two coupons for a free chicken sandwich in my bag. That was a nice gesture, but the kid that dropped off the food didn't acknowledge my long wait or that they were sorry and gave me coupons. Anyway, I get home only to discover that they didn't include my wife's sauce. This was the tipping point that will keep me from returning to this location. I wanted to be thoughtful and provide my wife with what she wanted, but that didn't happen. She asked which location did I go to. I told her, and her response was, "Yeah, that location sucks." I got home my daughters and i our meal outside of the mac and cheese was COLD ! So i called up and spoke to the manager and was giving a code for that location for a free meal of my choice. The code had the number 06 in it WHICH WAS THE DATE I PURCHASED THE FOOD! Today I decided to honor the code I just got off work and was extremely tired and didn’t feel like cooking. I went to the location showed the lady at the front my code she went to get someone from the front. Miles came and had a attitude from the start of the convo. I showed him my code he instantly says he can’t honor it because it EXPIRED on the 6th. He stated that its only good for a month. I explained that thats the date i made the purchase and that maybe the other manager entered it in wrong . This man told me i didnt know what i was talking about. Like what? I showed him bank statement and asked him can he look up the transaction. He told me to step aside and try to look for a transaction number because there was “ paying customers “ behind me like are you kidding me. I proceeded to ask him for corporate number he shuts the window in my face !!! He is rude and needs to be FIRED! I feel like I was racially profiled and was so embarrassed. Read moreStaff member MILES at store 05202 needs better training on how to manage. When I arrived at around 3:15pm 12/28/24 to the drive through lane 1 there was 1 car in front of me. MILES instructed me to move over to lane 2 where there were 2 cars infront of me. After I moved all the cars and incoming cars proceeded to move into lane 1. Lane 1 moved faster and by the time it was my turn to place my order in lane 2. A total of 5-6 cars were already ahead of me awaiting to receive their order. There was no justifiable reason why I got moved to lane 2 and essentially got delayed and others were let infront of me. I finally paid for my order at 3:26pm. Did not receive my order until approx 3:35pm. From the time I came in at 3:15pm to being on my way was a total of 20 minutes. Absolutely Unacceptable especially when I was next! I am very disappointed in Chick Fil A commitment on customer service and how they strive to stand out from their competition.
