Crumbl — Restaurant in Mesa

Was given a $25 gift card from very good friends.

I think the cookies are just okay, not something I'd buy often. They have this odd taste that carries to each cookie, I'm guessing something about the mixture of dough, just has a weird aftertaste to me. I ordered a party box (was like $35/with a $3 tip included), and tried all four flavors available for that week. I didn't like any of them, my parents didn't really care for them either, and my brother thought they were just okay.

One of my family members used to work at Sodarush, and they had much better cookies which is interesting because they're really just known for soda combinations.

I'm not sure about everyone else's ratings, but out of four people not one really liked-loved it and we all have vastly different likings, seems odd to me, but to each their own I guess. This review is based solely on the product, in this case the cookies, I'm sure their store is very nice and their employees are very friendly.

EDIT: I bumped my review from a 2/5 to a 3/5 - Maybe I was too hard on them, just cause they weren't for me doesn't mean they're necessarily bad. We still consumed all of the cookies, the pumpkin spice one though was everyone's least favorite - the icing was like not real icing, just seemed off I guess, and the dough was not very good (not sure how to put that into words).

So funny story, I got turned onto Crumbl because of a mistake- about a year ago, a delivery service dropped off cookies that I didn’t order- and a large box of them at that! I knew someone would be sad if they didn’t get their cookies, so I called Crumbl to let them know someone was missing their order. They thanked me, remade cookies for the correct family, and let me keep the misdelivered ones. So that was my first experience with Crumble 😂

Wow, ever since that day, I’ve been hooked! I’ve had to cut myself back some weeks, because the new cookies just keep coming, and I am always so hyped to try new flavors. 🥰

I didn’t think it was possible to make cookies as good as they do, I’ve been to other cookie specialty shops in the past, but Crumbl is the one that keeps me coming back for more! Service is fast, friendly, and courteous. Whenever I had an issue with my order (rarely, and due to unusual circumstances that was nobody’s fault) they were always helpful in remedying it.

I love introducing people to Crumbl cookies, and have even shipped some to friends who don’t have nearby Crumbl shops, and they all loved them! Absolute favorite cookies...

The best experience I have ever had! Exceeded my expectations and so much more! Wow is the only word that comes even close to how I am feeling after my latest trip to Crumbl on Signal Butte. I have been to many Crumbl locations, but last night I was welcomed in the most kind way by two gracious associates. After making it to the counter, I was given all of the information needed about the cookies as well as ingredients as prices. I was sold on buying not one box but a party box after the associate at the counter told me about how good of a deal it was! In the back of the store, all I could notice were bright welcoming smiles of all the other associates making the cookies and placing them in the boxes for all of us customers to enjoy. And talk about cleanliness! Wow!!! Crystal clean everywhere! I highly recommend Crumbl to anyone and everyone for any occasion or purpose for Crumbl cookies and the Signal Butte associates have the capability of making anyone’s day!!
