Went to order through the drive-through and the iPad or card reader lost battery. Employees talked about what to do next and one was told to go inside and take the order on the intercom took five minutes and finally someone came and asked us for our order, after giving the first item, they went completely silent and we waited for a couple minutes, then asked if they were still there. After a while, someone walked up to us and told us to pull up to the window so we could order there. When we pulled up to the window the employees were silent, and did not acknowledge us for a couple more minutes, even though we were waiting so we could get help, and they saw us. Finally, they ask if in order was ours and we let them know that we were unable to order because of technical difficulties. Another employee walked up and asked what was going on and we let him know about the situation. He said OK. What do you want? We put in the order and paid for meal and we did not get an acknowledgment of the issue. On top of this, we asked for ketchup and hot sauce and got ignored twice, the third time we asked, the lady at the window seemed extremely annoyed and only gave us hot sauce, no ketchup. No one said sorry about the situation it seemed like we were the ones being an inconvenience all around. We definitely understand that there are technical issues that happen that are outside of someone’s control but when an issue like this happens, I would expect even an acknowledgment of some kind to the issue. Some kind of I’m sorry, which no one addressed anything went on. Instead, we were made to feel like we were the ones inconveniencing them, and no one acknowledged the situation that we were in. Poor experience overall and on top of it, bad attitude from the employees. Took nearly 30 minutes to get our food and the location was not...
Read moreI have to review this location for it's unreliability in making sure their orders are accurate and customer service is not nice. I'm usually a well rounded person because I also work in a well known food company so I understand customer service and accuracy can be a big pressure and tedious. But, I gave 2 chances before this on not commenting on here for the rude customer service and inaccurate orders. Today I went to canes ordered a kids meal and 3 3 finger combos with four extra toasts and 4 drinks. When I got to the window it seemed like there was more laughing than working. Like always they never repeat my order back to me nor tell me my total and they had me waiting a while which I thought is normal for a big order but I got my order and at at home and saw they completely missed two of my combos. At this point I was upset because this is the 3rd time this happens to me. When I went back to get the rest of my order the manager barely apologized and didn't even offer something to compensate for waisting my time. But this company is becoming greedier anyways it lacks kindness towards their employees(who by the way don't get free meals anymore) and to their customers with the portion of how small their chicken is becoming and the fact that they don't offer...
Read morei’ll start this review by stating this; i have never been to a raising canes establishment before.
This location just raised the bar for what i expect for $11.04, walking in i was greeted with smiles and a honest question about how my day is going. I told the cashier that i haven’t been here before and he hopped around to my side of the counter to explain the menu and the catering that they do, made me feel like i was out with a friend. he answers my questions about catering; apparently they’ve had to fulfill a walk in request of upwards of 300 chicken fingers before.
the food itself comes out fast, around the same time i fill my own drink with “sweet but not overwhelmingly so” iced tea. Tim, the cashier brings it out to me. along with a spare toast just in case i don’t like the coleslaw (he told me it’s a common substitution) he grabs me napkins as well.
I try the coleslaw first, as it’s the thing i’m most curious of. it’s decent. nothing to write home about. coleslaw. the crinkle cut fries have a perfect amount of salt on them, some places really over-do it (looking at you mcdonald’s). The toast is...
