Absolutely terrible customer resolution at this location. The last time I had ordered with this location, I received product that was inedible and the dough had literally not risen on the crust or been cooked through in any way. When I called today to redeem my replacement order, the manager insisted that I prove that I had placed an order with them despite the fact that I offered my address, name, time, date, credit card number, and multiple phone numbers that an order may have been placed under. I'm not sure why Domino's gets to take my money, deliver an uncooked product, and then demand that I prove that I'm even a customer with them the one time I have an issue with my order. The Manager today, Julie, is willing to lose a consumer that spends an average of $70 every 6 weeks there by putting the burden of proof on me to even have a discussion as to whether or not I had a service issue at her location. Read moreAbsolutely phenomenal service every single time. These individuals care about their jobs, and always provide expertly made, hot, fresh, 100% accurate-to-order food. Upon my last visit about a week or two ago, I came in to pick up. I had paid for a few extra sauces, it was told they were out of the marinara I had been charged for. A young brunette lady I have never seen before took care of me at the register first by offering an alternate sauce, and then with a stroke of brilliance ran to the back to quickly scoop some marinara from their supply into a couple of to-go cups. This tiny gesture, however small at the time, was monumental to me. I couldn’t stop smiling at her genius idea and amazing outside of the box customer service skills. I will never forget this. Read moreTry the other location. This one has horrible service. This is my second bad experience, and this time prompted a review. Arrived in 15 mins as told. 1/2 of order was ready. Nothing was said directly to me, they were just shouting amongst each other where the 2nd pizza was. I was told it wasn’t ready yet. Have a seat. At least 15 mins later I ask another employee where it’s at. They gave part of my order to another customer (can’t imagine how annoyed that customer must have been) and was shouted at they had to make another one. So at that point they started the process. Another 5 mins go by. Pizza comes up and the woman behind the counter hands it to another customer. Can’t make this chaos up. Customer is the one who spoke up. Finally received order.
