HANDS-DOWN the best CHURROS in Miami ever. My bf and I are both New York natives who love churros. We’ve come back to Miami time and time again- and I will tell you, CHARLY’S is one of the prime reasons why we will come back.

The captivating smells of fresh churros & Belgian waffles alone will entice you to walk right in. Not only is it’s prime location at Lincoln road offer many opportunities like tourists or shoppers (like myself) to grab something to indulge in, it’s the overall experience of Charly’s and its staff that make it so unique.

My bf and I enjoyed the DUO’s special (6 churros 2 dips). It was phenomenal, so rich and so soft inside with just the right amount of fresh crisp in its exterior. The first bite- we already melted. We have tried many other Miami churros, some of which were several places that I was recommended to- but when I tell you the churros from Charly’s will exceed your expectations- I mean it.

The business also offers a full menu- offering breakfast and evening options! We happened to also get the cappuccino and the raspberry lemon Italian ice which were both delicious! We also loved the fact that its hrs operate till late! (Again, a major plus considering other businesses close super early)

The staff as I mentioned is also what made our experience exceptional. Our server was an angel who was so bright and warm from start to finish! We even got a chance to meet the owner- himself! A humble and hard working individual would not be enough words to suffice- but his work ethics and dedication to making sure customers like myself were having a delightful experience proves how much personality & passion he puts in his business.

I stopped by to try a sample of the churros which were absolutely phenomenal and the best I've ever had. Make sure you try the dips, the pistachio and the chocolate are my favorite. The churros are cooked fresh every 15 minutes and just an absolute delight paired with the dips. This might be one of the best kept secret breakfast spots on South Beach as it is more known for churros. There is no wait in the mornings with plenty of seating if you want to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The vanilla iced latte was fantastic - you can definitely taste the quality of the coffee beans. They have alternative options for milk, including almond, soy, and oat milk. The savory waffles were absolutely delicious and perfect with coffee for breakfast. The pizza waffle and the all breakfast waffle with spicy chipotle sauce are a must try! There's a short wait while the waffles are being prepared, but it's so worth it. The waffles have the perfect crisp texture and is so satisfying. The price is very fair considering the excellent quality; this is definitely a very special place and you won't be able to find churros/waffles this good elsewhere. Service is excellent, Jiana and Samantha are lovely. This is absolutely a hidden gem as the shop just opened a week ago and locals probably don't even know about it yet. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is clean, modern, and inviting—exactly the kind of spot you want to hang out in while indulging in something sweet (or savory, because yes, they do that too).

The churros? Perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and made even better with the lineup of dips. The Belgian milk chocolate is a classic, but if you want something different, the cookie butter and creamy pistachio are UNREAL.

The waffles? Not just your standard breakfast fare—these are serious. The “Waffles & Ice Cream” combo is exactly as good as it sounds, but if you’re feeling adventurous, the Nutty Pistachio Heaven is a must.
