Miami Beach has no shortage of great sushi places. This one is no exception. A relative newcomer, Umikara (which means, more or less, "from the sea") offers up exquisitely prepared sushi. Extremely fresh, made to order, with obvious attention to detail and care. It's definitely not one to miss.
