The first time was terrible. The host was too busy dancing and attracting new patrons than to direct a server to come and take our order. I had to go up and disrupt his dancing to remind him to send a server. When we finally got to order the steaks, my medium rare tomahawk steak was more rare than medium-rare while my coworker's prime ribeye was more medium than medium-rare. The appetizers of tuna tartare and garlic shrimp were ok. We also finally got water refills when the check came.
The second time was the night after with more coworkers. It was a private event with preordered courses. However, that did not help with the food quality or service. I saw that the majority of my coworkers left early because of the slow service and overcooked meats.

We were sitted and waited 15 min to get moved to another table to accommodate another customer. We received two glasses of yap water and then we were on our own for another 20 minutes. No waiter was serving around our table. So after 35 min a waiter took our order. We waited another 25 minutes to get a part of the dishes, the other bit arrived 15 minutes later. The side dishes were undercooked and the main dishes were not good at all compared to our first experience. Explaining the situation and asking to the waiter to get our side dishes re-cooked, we received a condescending interaction from him and left saying he couldn't help us. After that I went discussing with the manager, no commercial gesture was made apart from a "sorry about that". In the end the classic 20% service charge was applied for an inexistent service, and the waiter was rude enough to ask me for a tip after paying the bill. Very poor customer...
