AWESOME BURGERS and great food all around. Their Thickburgers ROCK!! Its all about taste when it comes to this fast food place to eat. Plenty of places "claim" to have kickin' flavor, but Hardees definitely delivers on this promise!

Hardee's Thickburgers honestly have that summertime, freshly made, off the grille flavor for real, not the fake liquid smoke like Burger King,

Hardee's Thickburgers aren't literally swimming in grease like Wendy's who's burgers you have to set on the floor mat in your car if you're taking them home, unless you want your seats stained.

Hardee's Thickburgers aren't stamped out, die cut, perfect circles or squares like McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's. Hardee's Thickburgers look like freshly made patties and your mouth feels the freshness with every bite.

Hardee's Thickburgers have the texture of backyard grilling with that dense, moist, break apart like home made burgers so you can even feel the quality. With a Hardee's Thickburger you'll never have to wonder about any pink slime, that's for sure!!

Hardee's Thickburgers not only outclass anything the big three fast food burger joints are spitting out at 100 a minute, but Hardee's Thickburgers also outclass the after work and weekend get together places, like TGIF's, Ruby Tuesday's, and Applebee's. Seriously, they're that good! Hardee's Thickburgers are that high of quality, with flavors and toppings with incredible taste, such as the mushroom gravy and swiss, lots of thick bacon, and jalapeno strings! YUM YUM!!!

However, what impresses us most is the staff at our neighborhood location. Fast food is a tough job much of the time, and the people who work in this industry aren't often given the respect that they deserve. Its a job which is often very stressful and grossly unappreciated.

Yet with all of the smells, and the noise, and the cleaning, and standing all day, and a million other things that make the job hard, the people at our neighborhood location are some of the most polite, friendly, patient, helpful, wonderful individuals anyone could ever hope to have serve them a meal. We truly feel like they're our neighbors, and in some ways they feel like family. We make sure to tell them each time we come in, and also as we leave. They truly make each visit delightful.

No, we don't work for Hardees, nor do any of our relatives. We don't own stock in the company or own a franchise. We just wanted to share our opinions about their food and encourage anyone who hasn't given them a try to do so. Otherwise you're really missing out.

This was only my second time going to this particular Hardee’s since I rarely make it down this far south. But I was extremely happy with this visit! The cashier Melinda was incredibly polite and helpful. When I tried to redeem a Reward item on my app, the scanner wasn’t working but she found a way to still make it work out. Her and the cook were able to get our hot and fresh food ready within about 3-4 minutes! Then after I explained to her how much I miss the Piqua store and really hope it reopens soon, she texted her district manager (unbeknownst to me) while me and my mom were eating to see if there was any information that they could provide about it. Then she came out to let me know that plus also to ask us how our food was and we informed her that it was great! And right before we left she was able to provide me a little information about the Piqua store after hearing back from her district manager, so my fingers are crossed that they get things figured out there so I can get back to my weekly Hardee’s visits and I truly hope this time they will get the dependable employees they need in order to earn the steady repeat business that they deserve to get!

I really don’t understand how people seem to prefer McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Burger King, etc. over Hardee’s, as I would happily take Hardee’s ANY day over any of those! I truly wish Troy had one! The Big Hot Ham & Cheese sandwich and the Mushroom Swiss Burger are my 2 favorite staple items I love and for breakfast I strongly recommend their Loaded Omelette Biscuit! They also have a great deal going on currently with the “Hardee’s Original Bag” where you get your choice of 2 separate smaller sandwiches (double cheeseburger, ham and cheese or else a chicken wrap), fries and a drink all for $5.99 which is easily on par with (if not surpassing) the meal deals you get at the other chains I named. As of now, the only Hardee’s store I have yet to visit in the Dayton/Miami Valley area is the Middletown store, so hopefully I can make it down there one day. But as long as I have any reason to go back down to Miamisburg, then I will definitely be stopping back at this store...

I’ve ordered 3 days in a row from this store All breakfast sandwiches. Every time it’s been made wrong. Can’t call the store because the number has been changed to an unknown number. Isn’t that against policy for a restaurant to have a number on the receipt that’s not the number for the restaurant?

2/22/2023 Wanted to update my review after my visit this morning. I ordered a sausage egg & cheese, I order this same sandwich everytime, it’s really the only one I care for. No cheese put on it again, it’s the same thing every time! I don’t understand how they keep forgetting the cheese 🙄 what is going on Hardee’s Not gonna lie, I’m a lil peeved over this! Guess I’ll have to stay in the drive thru next time & check & just get my money back if it’s not on it. If you go inside it takes 2xs longer to be served now that door dash & the other orders off the net. The working people need to eat to! 11/1/2024 No matter when I come to this Hardee’s drive thru my order is wrong every single time & I order 1 item Today I ordered a sausage egg biscuit & ask to add cheese & got a sausage & cheese biscuit no egg! If I don’t walk inside to order & check my food because I already know it’s going to be wrong. Guess the drive thru isn’t the place to go, you have to go inside or your order will be wrong if you have to add anything at all on a menu’d sandwich! Smh 8/14/2025 One thing I can say about this store, they keep it consistent! If you love slimy greasy food this is your place. My egg was so slimy & greasy this morning, wrapper & all just wild how they continue to push this out that window. Makes sense why they have no one in their drive thru line or inside! Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to & definitely won’t think about visiting...
