Where do you begin. Let's start with the order I suppose. I place my order, no issues there. After placing the order I watch the staff. The young lady on Fryes is tying her dreads up to pin her hair back. Continues working without leaving the station to wash her hands after. Continues to work without gloves at all. Most of the staff, not all, but most of the staff were slow zombies. A worker came out of the bathroom and while passing me audibly stated "I'm so tired." That's understandable, but I don't know you and there's no reason to say that so I can hear it. (There was no one else around to hear this mind you. I didn't over hear this as staff banter, just an interjection to myself only.) I get my food in an acceptable amount of time, no complaints there. I look for a spot to eat my meal and have to play a game of finding the least grotesque spot to eat as all of the tables were dirty. I could have snapped more pictures, but I was not the only customer and did not want to make patrons feel uneasy about snapping pictures. The bathroom urinal for adults was one flush away from overflowing and the floors were already soaked with urine. This establishment is as clean as the food is good for you. This place is as sanitary as Kid Rock is accepting of Budweiser's corporate diversity inclusion in marketing. Eating here is like licking the palm of a carnival worker. Read moreTell your employees to respect your customers. I was going to order the strawberry and cream pies, they are seasonal and we like them. Your board said 1 for $1.39 or 2 for $1.39, but your register was not discounting the second pie, it was charging each one at $1.39each. I asked the cashier why I wasn't getting 2 for $1.39, the cashier was fairly new at his job, and he politely asked for help from a co-worker (several times , but she wasn't listening, it took him a few tries to get her to respond to him, she was clearly aggravated), she said that the board didn't show 2 for $1.39, that I was seeing wrong. I politely showed her that the board said 2 for $1.39 (it highlights the quantity and price at the same time) and she was still saying "I was wrong", ask her to please get her shift manager/supervisor as I'm looking to buy many and this could make a huge difference in price. She obliged and got the manager but was very visibly annoyed and very loudly said " I TOLD HER that they are NOT 2 for $1.39, and SHE STILL DOESN"T UNDERSTAND",..... Needless to say I was correct, the shift manager apologized, but also explained that although the price shown on the board was incorrect, she couldn't offer them at the shown price,... and I left empty handed, for the rude conduct, for the price being wrong on the board, and for not at least offering it at the price shown. Read moreToday while shopping in the area we decided to stop in and grab a snack. When we walked in to the location we were not greeted, the drink area was dirty and ketchup dispensers were empty, the lobby (which is undergoing construction) was not clean - almost all the tables were dirty, our fries were undercooked, an employee presumably on break was arguing on the phone and cursing in the lobby only a few feet from my small children & the employees behind the counter were completely unprofessional - throwing food at one another, eating behind the counter while packing bags of food, cursing at each other, rough housing and talking about where to buy weed in the area. In addition the women's bathroom was filthy and one of the stalls had no toilet paper, I went to tell the employee's that it needed to be refilled and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before giving up because no one would acknowledge me. I'm not one to usually leave negative reviews but this situation was absolutely ridiculous. I counted 7 employees and not one person was being productive or professional. I'll never go to this location again and I would recommend everyone else go a few miles down the road to another location. Just while sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes 2 customers from the drive thru came in to complain their food was not correct. Clearly they do not have it together and a manager needs to address this with the employees on the clock for the evening...
