Had an amazing experience here! Food was excellent, staff extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to my complicated girlfriend and her dietary restrictions! I had the ramen which was sublime! Broth had amazing depth and noodles were firm and perfect in texture bringing me back to the traditional flavors I experienced in Japan. My gf thoroughly enjoyed her poke bowl, it was very plentiful, and for which the staff were kind enough to accommodate to her dietary restrictions. I tried for lunch Spicy Miso Ramen and Matcha bubble tea with mango. Spicy Miso Ramen - I took with a special lunch offer(12-4pm weekdays), which saved me 7 dollars. It’s delicious soup, a little bit different from Japan versions that I tried before, but still very good. Matcha mango bubble tea - i liked. Before I ordered, server gently ask how sweet I want. The taste feels natural without chemicals. It’s refreshing with very nice flavors.

I ordered the spicy miso ramen, which I’ve had at various ramen restaurants in Japan, NYC and DC, and this variant was one of the weirdest tasting ramen broths I’ve ever had. Nothing like your typical spicy miso broth and, to me, was not good at all. There is a strange smoky(??) flavor to it that I could not wrap my head around.
