Lost a star due to being constantly full of vagrants. Although security is at times on location, they do not actually work towards fixing this.

Lost a star due to general overall appearance. Including decoration, building upkeep, sidewalk upkeep, parking lot upkeep.

Lost a star due to safety. This is not a place you can feel safe to take your family.

Lost a star due to the parking lot constantly booting peoples cars, rather than have attendants helping to monitor on site and work the flow of traffic in the lot. Traffic regularly comes to a complete stand still in this parking lot.

Horrible experience visiting this mall. I parked for an hour to run an errand and after go to CVs (moving your car twice in this area is a nightmare) and I had yellow locks on my car wheels when I returned... I had to pay $50. I get that they want to prevent people from parking there a long time and/or who aren’t shopping, but the parking was not full and I did shop at the store!! Beware...they had cameras and charge you if you step foot outside the lot...

I usually come here for Sally. But I can tell you that there are another McDonalds, CVS or Subway a few blocks back (in Calle 8) with easy access and more parking space. I think they just shove that building in such a little spot. Traffic is obnoxious in that corner but it becomes madness when people try to get in and out from this Mall. In fact, I don't know why McDonalds doesn't have an exist on their corner. It would be a relieve for the...
