If I could give 0 starts I would, the YOUNG GIRL in the BRANCA COFFEE has been FLIRTING WITH MY BOYFRIEND every time he goes to alone and today even upfront of me giving flirting looks, it is not the first time she purposely fills my avocado toast with MORE ONION than avocado TILL THE POINT IS NOT EVEN EDIBLE and at times when I request egg whites and they still do the avocado toast like they want, last time before today the green juice the young girl made for me was not even filled like a normal juice she purposely gave me less, today when I went to finally complain the old lady gave me a SASSY RESPONSE with a RUDE AND OUT OF LINE tone of voice telling me if I wanted to get a new one, I WAS AFRAID BY THEN THAT THEY WOULD PUT SOMETHING IN MY FOOD AT THIS POINT WITH ALL THE MISTREATMENT and somehow passive aggressive hateful behavior, they didn’t even offer to reimburse, ALSO RACIST TOWARD HISPANICS BUT NICE TOWARDS AMERICANS they got other people orders first even though we were there first and not the first time they do...

I'm sharing here a picture of your website, so you know exactly what I came in to expect.. A tantalizing array of freshly prepared European Delights & hospitality is far from what we received! My husband & I came in for breakfast & coffee to dine in, and also planned on a getting a nice pastry assortment to take home. We were not only ignored for quite some time (she was not busy) but she turned us away saying they don't have pastries, just premade ham sandwiches. We were very confused about why we still couldn't have coffee. She clearly didn't want to wait on us for some unknown reason. Maybe she was having a bad day bc whomever was supposed to make the pastries did not.. No excuses, NEVER take it out on the customers!

So we ended up trying out True Baristas Coffee just a few steps away and our Latte & Macchiato were perfect; those girls were SO NICE! We later tried out Raccoon Coffee on Brickell and so glad we did! They were also nice, had an awesome breakfast, and their Almond Croissants were...

Make sure when you make you order that you get what you wanted. Sadly they messed up my omelette order. Asked for onion and tomato and they gave me spinach onion…Which is not a big deal but then they forgot my drink order and size all together. There was only two other customers in the cafe when I was ordering.

The omelette came with a piece of toast. Pricing were not displayed on the wall menu. I was taking a guess of how much everything was when ordering. The latte was good… the omelette plate however could have been more. Maybe add another side ? Or give butter or jam with the toast ? 20bucks all together

One of the employees came up to me and apologized later for forgetting the coffee and offered me a pastry. Which I appreciated.
