Freshly made meals, using real ingredients. The Taco restaurant was right outside our hotel., so I'm walking distance. We were greeted very friendly, and the details of the menu was explained, when we inquired about certain choices. In the end we ordered the Carne Asada taco, which were served in a crispy corn shell. The meat was tender and favorable. Two tacos came with the order. Next was the Grouper Burrito, which was juicy and filled to the end. It was not folded like some other establishment, where this a 10 tortilla flour. This was 99 percent filled burrito. We also had the Carne Asada Tortas, which was served in a soft favorable bread and with enough seasoning to awaken the pallets yearning for more. For dessert, we got the Churros, lightly sprinkled in cinnamon, and served with a caramel, and creme dipping sauce. For drinks, we had 2 Margaritas made with Cointreau, which were strong, and refreshing. We.were surprised at the quality. Overall, a great take out experience. Comparing Taco shops to Taco shops, this superseded all the ones in the area of Bayside, and the price complimented the delivery.

DRY & SOGGY — is not a paradox anymore ! First of, I do NOT recommend coming to this place for eating tacos « conchîta Pibil » (second on their menu). DRY DRY DRY IMHO this place is totally overrated — especially once it comes to price, taste and size of the portion. The taco - no the two small tacos - were impressively soggy ! Though so dang dry while eating. I admit this sounds like a paradox - but it’s true ! While eating the tacos somehow hydrated itself by soaking my mouth dry rehydrating itself. Very unpleasant ! For the price of 9$, the portion is very small! Since they always do serve two, I asked for two different ones. But « no that’s not possible because is the concept ! ». Ok. Heat sh&$ty concept is this!? Lmao! The service was ok. Not brilliant. Ok. The serving happens within ten minutes from ordering. Was here on a Thursday. A place rated like this, should be able to do it way better! Very disappointing experience for 9$! Overpriced and overrated. Avoid getting trapped !

3rd time here. Clearly have workers that do not care, at least at night. Ordered takeout here a few weeks ago & specified to not have guacamole on my torta because I’m highly allergic to avocado. I picked up my order, went home & almost took a bite of the torta before I noticed they still put guac in there. Completely wasted meal. Just ordered tacos for takeout tonight. They gave us our food in less than two minutes - no exaggeration. Went home to find the tacos COLD to the touch, completely broken, & soggy. Looked like they had these tacos out for a while & just threw them in a box to give to us. Not even the courtesy to heat them up. Combined with the fact that the taco was broken & you couldn’t even pick it up without everything falling through - this was another uneatable meal. Having to throw out my entire order of food 2 out of the 3 times I came here is pretty ridiculous. Not only is it wasted money, but also just a complete waste of food.

was recently in Miami and I learned firsthand how unfriendly if not rude, most of the people in this city are. We came into this restaurant after a long day wandering around the city. The only reason we stopped into this one was because it was close to our hotel. When we walked into the restaurant, I held the door open for one of the employees who was hustling food to the tables outside. He brushed up against me and almost knocked me down twice. I figured he was in a hurry and maybe stressed out at work so I didn't sweat it. He didn't say thank you for holding the door open multiple times or apologize for almost knocking me down, but given my experience with the other unfriendly locals, I didn't stress over it. When we got inside and went to the cashier to order, she seemed annoyed by little requests, like no onions on tacos. When she asked what we wanted to drink we told her the watermelon margarita which was on full display in one of those machines. She said which watermelon we have multiple. I only saw one so we said the frozen one assuming they had a frozen one as well. She didn't correct us.

She was obviously annoyed being at work. She was straight up rude.

When the drink came to our table, we noticed it didn't taste like watermelon at all. We looked at the receipt and it very plainly said Red Bull frozen margarita. There may been some confusion somewhere, but maybe it should've been pointed out to us when we repeatedly asked for a watermelon margarita. Once again, we didn't try to let it stress us out.

When the worker that had been hustling food, outside to other customers finally brought us our food. He knocked our frozen margarita over spilling about a third of it all over the table. He apologized and cleaned up the mess. Accidents happen. I get that. What annoyed us was we just lost a third of our drink and he did nothing to replace it. He didn't bring us another one. He didn't top off our current one. He didn't even offer. I have never seen that when eating out. This is not our first time having someone knock a drink over. It's not a big deal. The standard thing you do when this happens is to replace the customer's drink or even offer something comped. Not a huge deal. The fact that he didn't do anything for us just shows how poor the customer service and training at this restaurant is.

I would like to say that when we finally ate our tacos, they were amazing but I can't. They were average by Los Angeles standards. I don't know how most tacos in Miami are, but these were nothing special. We actually found a much better place for tacos in the Wynwood area.

If I could give less than one star for this restaurant I would. I can't remember being treated more rudely at a restaurant before. Given the fact that I'm on Yelp all the time reviewing restaurants obviously I eat out a lot. This place is...

Where do I began. Firstly I woke up with food poisioning the next day. I knew something was off when I walked near the bathroom in the restaurant and had a smell hit me that was so foul. Probably I should have walked out by then but I had already ordered my food. The biggest disappointment came though when they brought me an Elote that wasn’t even grilled. Now this was an issue only because right when I was going to order the Elote I saw a nicely grilled pieces of corn sitting in the back where they were preparing the food. This is normal to grill the corn well done when serving elote. So when I received my elote I was suprised that it wasn’t grilled whatsoever. When I politely requested if they could grill it for me they replied by saying we only make it that way for the staff and we can’t do it for you that way?! What?! I’ve never heard that in my life. As if grilling my corn some more will cause any extra trouble for them? I am not sure what was the reason they denied it but it was even worse just seeing the fact they’re willing to grill the corn the way they want for themselves. So I told them I’d rather not have it then. So they told me they adjusted my bill but on my card I see no adjustment. I spoke to the manager but she was absolutely no help. As well their food was bland and the carne asada burrito literally had pieces of meat that were inedible. What an awful establishment. I urge everyone...

I have eaten at the Brickell location before and decided to go to the same location today to order food for my children that I babysit. I enter the Brickell location and the gentleman working customer service at the register doesn't speak English and gets an lady with glasses to take the order for him. I ask to order 2 kids steak taco meals and the (Obese lady with glasses) refused and stated "I can't order kids meals Togo and the children have to be present." I then asked her again could I please order them because I am meeting the kids after school and they will be hungry. The rude lady said "No" and I replied "if I ordered them to be delivered through Uber Eats they would receive the meals." The rude cashier providing subpar and substandard customer service replied "Oh well that's different". I am appalled and disgusted that The Investors at Coyo Taco would even employ such people and will be telling my fanbase and community event coordinators about the subpar, substandard and negligent customer service, care and food service that I experienced today. Hopefully Coyo Taco Brickell will improve with new employees. I worked at Four Seasons bartending for years with one motto to exceed guests expectations with service, food, wine and beverages. Today was UNACCEPTABLE. I Recommend Ojo de Agua Brickell, Tacology, Talkin Tacos Brickell and Pilo's...
