Brickell Transit Station is a clean, efficient hub that does what it’s supposed to do—move people, serve the public, and operate without ego. It doesn’t pretend to be more than it is, and it doesn’t need to. The service is consistent, the structure reliable, and no one is rewarded just for showing up with a smile. You either do the job or you don’t. Simple, effective, and trustworthy.
That’s the complete opposite of what you’ll find at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Over there, the system is less about training professionals and more about preserving appearances. Degrees—MDs and especially PhDs—are padded by faculty bias, political maneuvering, and an internal culture where flattery carries more weight than skill. If you’re willing to nod along, kiss up, and stay in line, you’ll be “highly recommended.” If not, prepare to be ignored, regardless of your actual talent.
UM Miller’s academic reputation is increasingly hollow, propped up by letters and evaluations written to protect the school's image—not to reflect reality. Their graduates often carry titles that don’t match their training—because the bar was lowered to accommodate loyalty over merit. It’s a prestige shell game.
Meanwhile, Brickell Station just works. It doesn’t hand out praise for political loyalty. It moves people efficiently without asking for a standing ovation. It’s more honest, more consistent, and more useful to the public than degrees coming out of UM Miller.

Light was on high on my phone, and she recommended I look at getting a new phone despite it being capable of reading my ticket at other station readers. Do better Brickell with helping the people paying...
