Dear Joe and the Juice, I recently visited your establishment, and I must say, it was an experience I won't soon forget! The staff seemed to be in a bit of a conundrum, not quite sure whether to take orders, clean the store, or engage in an epic battle with the straw stack. Meanwhile, we, the customers, stood around like characters in a comedy waiting for our orders! I couldn't help but wonder if the place needed a manager on site during business hours. If you're having trouble finding one, I'd be more than happy to step in and turn this place around. I've got some serious straw stacking skills! Now, let's talk about the tunacado I ordered. Sadly, the avocados were as stale as yesterday's bread. It seemed like there was a collection of open, halved avocados openly gathering dust, and the staff was treating them like they were playing a game of avocado basketball – smashing them into the sand without a care in the world. No utensils were used for the tuna placement either, and I couldn't help but notice that the staff was handling various items around the store with the same glove they used to create our sandwiches. Not exactly the pinnacle of hygiene! In fact, I was so unimpressed that I had to take a photo of my poor sandwich before tossing it in the garbage. I'm sorry to say it, but that sandwich was definitely not worth the $12 I paid for it – more like a $12 ticket to a sandcastle contest. So, Joe and the Juice, it's time to up your game, both in terms of staff management and food quality. Otherwise, you might just find me behind your counter, ready to turn things around one straw at a time! Yours humorously, Ieyat Al (you can look me up on linked-in ;) )

First of all, they are very slow although it’s morning time and everybody is going to work and waiting for their breakfast… Secondly, the lady at the cashier keeps asking something extra such as avocado and gluten-free bread, but she never tells about the additional charge which is really high. For example, they provide regular bread, including the price but when you ask for gluten-free bread, it’s $2.90 plus tax… Avacado $2.10 plus tax. it’s really expensive and also I would like to say that the cashier should warn the customer that they are going to charge extra five dollars for a small sandwich.. Overall, I don’t even like that atmosphere because it’s very small and people are waiting for their orders and also the line at the cashier at the same place. It’s not a very peaceful place for breaks fast.

People in these reviews decided to choose violence🤣. I live a block away from this Joe and the juice in Brickell and it’s ALWAYS packed at basically every hour of everyday because the food is fire 🔥 and the crew operates at whole new level of greatness. I’m ALWAYS met with so much love and attention to detail. The one time my smoothie wasn’t up to par they remade it till it was! AND the place is so busy!! That job is NOT EASY, yet they do it with so much love and you can feel in every bite. I mean WOW, how can a tuna sandwich that’s $11, in miami, taste SO GOOD?! The recipe is maybe 20%, the other 80% are the hands preparing it. Remember that. I’m so grateful to have a place to come and eat wholesome food and at such affordable prices. See and appreciate the good, it’s always there 🥰

I’ve read 2 reviews both of which were done recently today (11/4/19) and I will stand up and speak for this “skinny extremely rude employee” and state for the record. I saw no wrong, this employee is here at this location more than any of the other employees and does a great job steering the ship and taking care of everything as best as possible, Store was not only packed but they definitely had their hands full. A customer not wanting to place a order after getting a greeting ”hi, what can I get for you?”. You are now targeting because if instead you prefer a good morning then you didn’t come just for products this company has to offer. When walking into this location 9/10 it’s busy. After this guest walked out the store I apologized to the employee on her behalf and stated “my review will be right behind hers”. plenty of guest in the location but yet only 1 had a issue and trust me plenty of others including myself left happy and we did get greeted and our order placed like normal respectful guest. I actually sat in my spot long enough to see this young man take the next few orders and he seemed to have what one can say a bond with multiple guest seeing that he greeted them and stated their names before getting to the register. One gentleman even stayed by the counter to have a friendly conversation.

FYI, I was sitting to the right of the the guest behind the coffee machine listening to this guest give a hard time an who was obviously determined to have a issue this young man just so happen to come face to face with her first. Also don’t understand why multiple people wrote the same review when the person with the issue was alone. I think it’s very heartbreaking to see such grown adults go about a...

After having the Eggcado Breakfast Sandwich with Gluten Free Bread for my allergy for two days in a row, I was turned down and humiliated by a different employee after requesting the same sandwich again. He told me they can’t do that and then proceeded to ask two of his staff members to explain to me how it doesn’t work that way. I said I understood the logistics of the bread not being an immediate option available unless a specific note is made on the order, but he refused harshly and said he wouldn’t do that for me because there’s no way to track the waste loss. I’ve worked in the fine dining restaurant industry as the executive assistant to the CEO and am highly disappointed how this cashier spoke to me and demanded his co-workers “explain to her how we don’t do that because she’s not understanding”. This was my honeymoon trip with my husband and we had above average experiences the other two times, the food was amazing so we ignored a lot of the bad habits. But today was unacceptable. We ordered exactly what I had requested in-store the last two days on their app and no issue at all. Everything he said he couldn’t do was an option on their app….Interesting. Horrible...
