OB Suites Miami — Local services in Miami

Speechless!! We had been travelling all day from the U.K. and by the time we arrived we just wanted to get a shower and go to bed. We were allocated our room and opening the door , our party of 5 was speechless . We have never opened the door to a hotel or rental apartment an find such a dirty place , the hall was full of rubbish , bedrooms not made and dirty sheets left from previous guests . Bathrooms that you would not want to go into ! After sorting out with the concierge we finally got a new room which they upgraded us to and are thankful for that . However the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, the souls of our feet were black from the supposed cleaned apartment . Attention to detail is sadly missing , window blinds that are falling apart and not able to keep daylight out . It goes on and on, could be fantastic but sadly we will not return or...
