The workers are SCAMMERS. And the restaurant does not answers calls. I didn't want to write a public review because I never do unless it's great service but I have no choice since no one answers and there's no option to leave a voicemail. I will be taking legal actions as I feel if the waitress did it to us, they probably did it to others which should lead to other legal issues. Me and my boyfriend went last night we ordered a $45 plattter, that serves 2, no drinks. Well $30 was added to the bill after we signed a $57 bill with tip included. First of all, the food took forever to get and when we got it, it was cold which means it was sitting a while before it was served to us but I didn't complain cause I was hungry. The waitress who served the BILL was a young girl with braces and a short black bob cut with bangs who dont speak english. She came to the table with a receipt that belonged to someone else. We called over a waitress who knew english, she was the one who actually served us our FOOD and was asking did we need anything else. We told her what was happening and she translated to the woman and they both went to the back. The spanish girl comes back with the right bill. It was signed and a $10 tip was added for a total of $57. But when the bank account was checked she charged the card $87 clearly giving herself a $40 tip. This was not a communication issue but clearly workers robbing customers. I feel a whole scheme is being raned because we was approached by an english speaking woman and we ordered with her but when it was time for the bill, a spanish speaking woman brings the "wrong" tap. Then a extra $30 is charged which was around the same price ($89) as the wrong recipient she previously gave us. IF THE RECEIPT WAS SIGNED AT $57 HOW AND WHY WAS THE CARD CHARGED $87. This was on purpose and wasn't a mistake. I will have this investigated. Will not recommend unless you rich and don't mind people stealing your hard...

How can a restaurant that gives 1 star experience have 3.4 star rating? I had the most absurd (no kidding) experience at this restaurant this month. My wife and I went on a weekday. The seats at all the cafes were empty (50-60%) and we were actually about to enter the Hard Rock Cafe, but when we saw that they didn’t have pasta, we decided to look around and chose this restaurant (probably 2-3 tables were occupied, remember this).

We ordered 1 plate pasta to the server, and his expression was priceless! I wish I could capture it. He was seemingly so shocked and kept on saying “2 people, 1 pasta?” We said repeatedly that this is for the start and we’ll order something after this, but he was so upset as if I had asked him to sponsor our food. Then he quite visibly shook his head and went inside to give the order. We were so shocked and thankfully realized that if the beginning of our experience is so horrible, how would the entire experience be?! That was when we decided to cancel the order and we gladly walked away!

@the owners - How about you place a big sign outside and mention the minimum order that you expect? If I am extremely hungry, I might have food worth $100. If I am not, I might just get 1-2 dishes for $30-40. This is how the world works right? Or should I first be concerned about the earning of your servers and then think about my hunger/capacity/mood etc.?

You are located at such a prime place (in front of Hard Rock Cafe and with such a great view) and this is how you are running the restaurant? You should be extra warm and provide lot better service, but you are clearly making sure that customers NEVER come back again. I guess the reviews here are...

DO NOT EAT HERE, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I didnt even eat the food so I can’t even rate it. Listen to to other reviews about terrible service. I was waiting at the menu for someone to seat me. Someone went up to the party in front of me and sat them, and walked away. I watched multiple workers look right at me and not approach me. I finally asked a server if I should seat myself, and he said “sit anywhere.” I sat myself and waited 20 minutes. Watched 5 other tables be sat and given menus. I finally asked someone for a manager who said “he’s busy.” I explained that I was waiting 20 minutes and he got the same server who originally told me to sit anywhere. The server asked me to sit somewhere else, and I asked for a manager. He told me the manager was busy. I said I would wait, and he told me if I sit down, I can speak to the manager. To make a long story short, I was repeatedly told he was busy, he will not care, that it’s not that servers fault that I sat in a section that was not his and didnt get greeted by his coworker. He stated he was trying to make it better by taking me in his section and I said I wanted a manager. He told me, for the third time, he didnt know what I wanted him to say, and the manager will say the same thing. I left.

Very poor customer service, and if it’s true that the manager would not care and was “too busy” for guests in his establishment, then the whole staff needs more training. Because I used to work in a restaurant and if I left a table sitting there for 20 mins (yes I timed it), that would be my last shift at that restaurant. Especially when I watched SEVERAL servers look at me and still not greet me or even give me a...

IF I CAN GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATINGS, WOULD DEFINITELY DO IT. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IN MIAMI. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner after driving for days from the west coast. The food was terribly BAD and the service was the WORST. We had the Mahi mahi, chicken Alfredo and couple cocktails. The fish was so very dry, chewy, unseasoned, and seems like they cooked it in the beginning of the shift got cold and just throw it in the microwave to reheat it before putting it in the plate and serve it to the table. The vegetables and potatoes that comes with it were VERY BLAND AND SOGGY. the CHICKEN ALFREDO was the worst pasta we had. THE CHICKEN WAS DRYER THAN A BAG OF SAND IN A DESERT. The drinks are VERY UNREASONABLY PRICY. Now the SERVICE. Our server that didn’t even told us HIS name was the worst. He literally took our order and didn’t come back to check on us. Didn’t serve us a glass of water. Tried getting his attention multiple times to ask for water to chase the dry food we tried to eat. We literally watched him talking(or flirting to the girls beside our table) and checking other tables. We ended up giving up eating the food(?) and put the plates in the side and tried to get his attention AGAIN to ask for the check but failed 😡 I was so mad that ended up chasing him and gave him our card so we can leave. This is the mostly worst part. SERVICE CHARGE IS INCLUDED. He charge us for his BAD SERVICE. I wanted to talk to the manager but didn’t wanna waste more time to that place any longer. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE Or if you ever wanna try this place, make sure to ask for water to TO CHASE THE FOOD DOWN.

Zero Stars to this place! I would rather eat a box of frozen pizza from dollar tree then recommend this place to anyone. $84.32 for (3) disgusting personal pan pizzas, (3) 8oz glass coke bottles and (1) order of Calamari all while you enjoy the smell of diesel fuel from the boats that dock right beneath! This restaurant has their waiters stop and wave you down as you're walking so that they can show their menu and tell you how good it is. Well, long story short we decided to eat some pizza here and let describe the awfulness: 1. Calamari: did not taste fresh! it was super chewy, the sauce tasted like it came out of a Ragu can, and I had to ask for some lemon to squeeze on top since it didn't come with any so that it would at least go down the throat with some acidity and moisture. 2. Veggie pizza: the veggies are yellow squash, green zucchinis? and 5 random pieces of carrots, did I mentioned that they tasted like they came out of a frozen bag? I never seen these type of vegetables on a veggie pizza, unless requested! (The menu does not state the type of vegetables that it comes with) 3. Margherita Pizza: the dough was dry, chewy, and tasted like pre-made and stored-bought. The cheese to sauce ratio was 1parts cheese and 3 parts sauce! Disgusting! 🤮 4. Glass bottle 8oz coke: warm! and at least state it in the menu how small it is! @lombardi's if you're going to charge these outrageous prices would you at least execute very good quality food with fresh ingredients. The quality of the food alone, most of the time overcomes the environment of the place and service!

We ate here after a conference and it was nostalgic because it was my first time back to Bayside since before the Pandemic. I was happy to see the nightlife was hopping as I remembered it. The food was fine, I can't remember what I had a handful of days later and I'm sad to say they don't seem to have a website and their facebook page link is broken from Trip Advisor 🙄. We had a blast eating outside looking out at the bay. Service was friendly and good. The bathroom was the most interesting part of the restaurant. There was a woman in it that had filled the main area of the bathroom around the sink and on the mirror with jewelry, perfume and other gifty type items. She said she had been there for 17 years and did not get paid to be there. She just set up shop and took tips in exchange for the items. I can only assume they let her put up this odd pop-up shop in exchange for her keeping the bathroom clean. Talk about entrepreneurial spirit! More power to her! It wasn't the cleanest bathroom I have been in but passable. I am not sure I would pee here again because the Landshark bathroom was much larger and more modern and just across the way. See my Landshark review, separately. Follow me for places I've been and places I've gone.🤭
