Came in tonight to try this spot out because my son had a sweet tooth. The young lady was bent down on the floor in her phone and didn’t speak until I coughed. First strike. Thankfully, The young lady greeted us but upcharged me without ASKING me if I wanted ice cream too. Then she dropped my money on the countertop, Strike two, and later called me GIRL, STRIKE 3!!!! Even the other customers were SHOCKED! . I could’ve became the worst person that night but I was with my son and kept my composure but she needs training and no way shape or form should you address a grown woman as “GIRL”. I hope management gets her REAL TRAINING cause...

I came here for the first time, and I wanted to order the ( Dont in salt me!) and the girl told me they don’t have white chocolates. I told her prior to her telling me this, that I wanted to substitute the chocolate chips for crushed Oreos. She told me she couldn’t do it because the owner doesn’t want to change the recipe. I told her you can change the chocolate but I can’t change the topping.
