Loved the food! As a Greek who loves gyro and has been to Greece, I can confirm that the quality and taste is comparable to gyros from Greece.
Very delicious food with a small street chic interior.
I will be going back and recommend anyone who’s on the fence to definitely give it a try!
Now my overall experience was a 4.4-4.5 stars. Some constructive feedback:
I was born and raised by 2 Entrepreneurs who owned restaurants (yes, very Greek I know) and the customer experience is just as important as the food.
The customer experience here needs work. Greeks embody what we call “filotimo” which means we are born with affection, generosity and hospitality. I was missing some filotimo.
We ordered 1 plate, 1 pita, an extra side of fries and extra meat for both orders. I really enjoyed the chicken and just wanted an extra 2 ounces of chicken to finish my fries with and was denied the request. Not sure why you’d want to lose additional revenue while not allowing your customer to further enjoy your food. I get it if I walked in and only wanted 2 ounces of meat but even then, you should think of offering loose meat on the side as I’m sure some folks would grab it to take home and add to their own salads or rice.
There was also not enough Tzatziki for this price point. The other client who came with his gf also asked, in a frustrated tone, if he could get tzaziki with his order when he saw his plates - that shouldn’t be the customer experience nor impression. Don’t worry, we’ll order more tzatziki and pay the extra if we felt like we got enough to begin with since it’s delicious.
This restaurant has potential to grow and do even better! I truly wish them the best and have so much respect for hardworking restaurant owners.

Read moreWYNWOOD, MIAMI, FL – With a rustic finish on their tables and white painted metal chairs, Love N Gyros is a popular lunch spot for locals and travelers alike.
At first glance from the outside, the place looks super cool; with its diner-style doors and fantastic urban art of a train at a station.
Sometimes they have stool tables outside. Sometimes they don’t.
Their sauces are great! Like their cute sign next to the cash register reads “Where all of our menu items are made to order. Wait time is 10 – 30 minutes.” So, it can be a bit long until you get your hands on a tasty Gyro
Prices are higher than other local street/window cafés. The Plate $16,75, Pita $12,75, L&G Fries $6,45 (which is what I had), Greek Fries $7,45, Greek Kale Salad $13,45, Horiatiki Salad $13,45. Bottle of water $3?
Between the music playing and the patrons chatting, there is no way to make a phone call inside while enjoying your meal. And when I moved towards the cooler where it was a bit quieter, the gentleman owner (the father) came out of the kitchen and harshly told me to step away from the cooler and go back to my seat to talk.
Also, the attention of the daughter who took my order was dry and serious.
In my humble opinion, as a business consultant and patron, everyone in the family needs to improve on their friendliness while serving. Remember: you’re in the hospitality and food industry. The food and the ambiance are not enough to retain customers. Otherwise, you’ll have first-and-last time customers who won’t want to come back. . • DΛVΞ GΛRCIΛ™ Experiences: ★★★✫✫ BRAND: LOVE ‘N GYROS, 2814 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL (@lovengyros) TEXT & PHOTOS: DΛVΞ GΛRCIΛ™ (@davegarciahq). Read moredid not eat here. I actually was grabbing a cookie and ice cream next door at fireman Derek's. the reason I'm leaving this review is because I got kicked out of their tables outside when they only had a whopping 2 customers eating inside. seeing that the outside was empty I figure it would be ok for my son to sit down as I stand and watched him eat his cookies and ice cream, but guess since it was so "packed" they had me leave. I understand it is your table and your establishment but when your clientel is scarce your really going to be petty cause I'm using a table that is put out on public property ? faith in humanity -1 thanks guys 👍🏻
as to your response. I'm talking about the tables sweetheart that were empty yes I completely "inconsiderately" decided to sit down on empty tables with my son. and got kicked off the empty tables. while there were a whopping 2 customers inside. whether you have 1 order or 20 for delivery is completely invalid information it has nothing to do with empty table that were not being used that I got kicked off for. as I recall the employee or owner whoever was trying to get me off YOUR EMPTY TABLE. couldn't even walk outside to kindly tell me. instead the stood inside making gestures for me to leave. I figured I just pay them the same respect by walking in and "yelling" I will leave since there are so many people out here. which concludes to you getting a -1 point in the humanity category. you pretty much replyed with everything that went down making my statement complete fact that you honor your -1 point. my whole point to my review was that you guys suck as humans. not about rules and regulation. sheeple will sheep. no love just gyros.
btw you can't go -0,...
