The store clerk was rude and wasn’t welcoming or friendly. I’m simply tired of ppl owning business and their priority is not equal non discriminative customer service. I asked her for her opinion and she basically told me she had all of the bathing suits and that was no help. lol Like can you help me pick out a color im going to a party and representing your brand. Like what’s the problem?! . She act like she didn’t want to speak at all. She had no interest in helping me. I sat down in the chair because I’ve recently had health issues and it’s hot as hell outside and you can look directly in the changing room mirrors -seems as though that irritated her because I was taking too long in the shop trying to make a decision about which bathing suit was good for me. I was prob there for a good 20 mins. I was sitting in the chair comparing different bathing suits that I picked from the cheaper section to my skin tone and trying to catch a few breaths before I headed 5 blocks back to my airbnb in this sweltering humid Florida heat that I was not ready for. I did ask the price on some of them because I wasn’t interested in a $180 bathing suits when I saw some online for less than $50 which is why I came there in the first place. They’re not name brand so why would I spend a bunch of money when they really probably cost $10 on SHEIN?! Nevertheless I'm going to support. I’m confused! I just needed something cute and quick! If she had a better attitude and didn’t keep putting her head down as if she had a headache and actually helped me she prob could have convinced me to spend more money! Duh! Work the ppl chic! Or maybe she had a hangover or have relationship issues and it’s had nothing to do with me but it was a weird experience. Either way there is no excuse. Then when I asked to see a pair of sun shades that matched a bathing suit I thought about getting she got irritated and told me the price like -oh well these are a $1?? as if like if you’re not going to pay the money then I don’t feel like unlocking the display. I’m like ok can I see them. Because don’t tell me the price unless i ask you. Don’t try to be funny and that’s the vibe I got from her. I had to end up calling a friend on FaceTime to help me choose the color. Then the lady turned the AC off in the store. lol I guess she thought I was wasting her time and trying to get some free air! Again customer service needs to be the priority here! Its literally scorching so why are you doing that!? Nobody is cold and you have the door wide open. Keep the air on please! Not sure if she’s had bad experiences with other African American women but she was not welcoming and very rude. And we’re not all the same! Then she had a dog in there that scared the hell out of me! He walked right up on me. I’m actually allergic to dogs. Like keep your pet in the back or at home not all ppl are into dogs! Cute but no! The lack of professionalism and attitude is giving me I will never come back in there again! Too bad I needed a last minute bathing suit other than that this store would have never gotten my time or money! And it doesn’t seem to be that busy at least not today so be thankful and treat customers kind we keep your business rolling. Treat all customers the same and make them feel welcomed in your store. Be humbled and thankful! Help out and get into your job. It’s shouldnt just be a hustle be passionate about what you do! That’s all I can say. I’ll be sure to spread the word to my friends that frequent Miami and may need a last minute bathing suit. And I will share on social media platforms! These businesses need to be held accountable for the lack of respect and treatment of patrons. I owned a smoothie bar for 7 years and treated ppl with the utmost love and respect because they paid my bills and supported me! Kindness can go a long way baby! You were not getting away with being rude to me today! I hope you wake up...

Came for the sunglasses, stayed for the dog (owner has an adorable shar pei)! A friend and I stopped in on the way to the beach this weekend and this little boutique was super lovely, owner was rly nice and happy to help us pick out a few pairs of the sunglasses. We got a total of 3 pair and loved each one, 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the South...
