BEWARE, NOT GOOD! SLOW, LACKING & UNPROFESSIONAL... The managers truly don't know what the hell they doing. They have the kids up front and a biiig mean and very wide woman, coached to take out the DT orders first, then they'll get to the dine order regardless if it's an item or two. I saw this on multiple occasions while waiting almost 20 min for a McDouble,Sundae and small drink, so did the guy in front of me which told the woman in front the wait time was ridiculous, given that the restaurant is not even quarter full and the DT was just a regular line, sure it never stops , but people inside are hungry too.
So I worked Fast food in my way younger days and I can tell you the MGR thinks she can get away with just focusing on the DT timer while the people inside actually do get ticked off and that is not how McDonald's should be running!, but for this particular 's all about just focusing DT first. That's not how it's done.
How it is done , is you start building the orders up, with what you got of the order, and once that burger for the front is out that's it that order should be gone. But if you gone start to wait to build a dine in order until most DT orders are gone, you sir or madam don't know what y'all doing. DT is priority but you have to be aware of the food for the front also coming out. Therefore you keep both moving simultaneously...
Now the kid that took my order, didn't give me my cup till I asked nor asked me if I wanted the Sundae now or when order was ready. I actually got the Sundae after waiting so damn long for the burger smhđ . Not too mention, no ice on the soda machine, no Powerade,no Sprite, no napkins lolol. With so many people I saw working at the moment that is totally unacceptable. But I don't blame the kids, it's the management here. Oh not too mention as I was leaving a custy that was already eating in there asked for a water cup and the mean wide girl told him there are no free water cups, she has to charge dollar. And that is just plain fkkn wrong!! This restaurant needs mystery shoppers ASAP! During the hectic, and soft hours, which should be the most fastest in terms of expediting and customer...
Read moreI went with my 2 girls and ordered 2 of the 6 piece chick nugg and 2 fries. The very young man who took my order was nice and professional. When I received the food, it looked good except one french fries order was missing. I kindly let the young man know. The manager Jackie overheard and yelled at him in spanish at the top of her lungs. I understand spanish perfectly and so do my 2 daughters. After explaining to them that these are hard working people during these hard times, what a bad example she was of a human being of a worker and of an american. I am so dissapointed especially with so many people losing their jobs. This person does not cherish her own JOB OR EMPLOYEES and worse those poor boys that work there are in a living hell under her tyranny. I wish she would be considered for a mental eval by McDonalds corporate. I have no idea why they would hire her as a manager. She screamed profanities at the worker and he then asked me nicely for my receipt. On the receipt it seems they did not charge me for the fry and she yelled again to charge me which of course I had no problem paying. I gave him a 5 dollar bill and he told me it was 1.07. She only returned 2 dollars and some change and all in quarters very rudely. The boy was so embarassed by her behavior. I would hate to have a boss like her which makes these challenging times even worse. Shame on you Jackie for your bad attitude and even worse example to 2...
Read moreThis is kind of a bizarre experience/review. First, the young woman who brought my food plopped/dropped my tray of food on my table when I smiled and said âThank you,â looked me in the eyes without any response or expression and then turned around and walked off. Okay. Bad night? We all have âem. Got my drink and went to the front counter to see if I could get a few packets of mayo. There were nine people behind the front counter and not one of them would assist. After about 3-4 mins I politely raised my hand and asked if someone could help me for a moment. A few of the women behind the counter looked at me and turned their backs on me again chatting, smiling, and enjoying their conversation. Finally, a tall guy from the back walked up and went looking. He found one packet in the drive through area, none in the counter area, and none back in their storage. He came and apologized very warmly and genuinely that there was no more mayo in the store. I gave him a $5 tip, which he laughed about and tried to decline, but I pressed it upon him and told him I appreciated his help, and for being the only person who would help.
Hope this guyâs on the mgmt track. The others could learn from him. I give the second star for his performance only. Otherwise it would be a single. I donât leave many reviews like this, but...
