Brickell Key Bridge — Local services in Miami

I was riding an electric scooter with a friend this past Monday night by Brickell Key bridge when a security guard who barely seemed to speak English, ran to us screaming and after told us "out, private property." He was really rude. He was a short, white Hispanic guy wearing a guard hat. There were other people on electric scooters near the bridge and the scooters aren't illegal in Brickell. He should at least have been polite and said sorry you can't come by here but not come to us screaming and then saying "out" like if we're vandals or something. Just because he's a security guard doesn't mean he can't learn to be polite. He should learn more English to expand his vocabulary and use better words to tell people if they can't come...
