One of my friends wanted to try this place so we decided to go. The place is nicely decorated, they have a little corner where they sell Mexican hats and jewelry. Our first server was super sweet and nice, drinks were 8/10 and food 5/10. After we had dinner, we went to the hidden room where they have a little club with a bar, DJ , a few tables and VIP area. Our waitress told us they had drinks for free until 12 midnight so we ordered “free drinks” in the hour we had left. When we went for the 2nd round, she rudely asked my friend if she was drunk (which she wasn’t, she was just enjoying the music) and if we were going to order anything else besides the drinks. Mind you, we had just finished eating dinner, we weren’t hungry. So for the 3rd and last round she came to our table and asked us if we wanted anything else, we said just the drinks and she made a face as if she was just annoyed. Thereafter, she came to our table and I asked her for 5 waters, she brought us 5 fiji water bottle and asked me if I was gonna order an appetizer, at this point I’m already annoyed and said to bring me the tequeños (it was 4 mini tequeños). We are told they’re closing the bar so I asked for the check and when she comes with the check it was a total of $74 ?!!???, we consumed “free drinks” , water and 4 tequeños. I asked her to show me the check bc she was using the little machine and she scrolled super quick thru it. I ended up paying the bill bc I just didn’t feel like arguing with her and we Were juts trying to have a good time. We left but I am sorry to say that I won’t be coming back. The way the waitress treated us was very rude, she kept pushing us to spend more money and seemed angry at the fact that we weren’t consuming anything else, she called my friend a drunk and we were overcharged.

We made a reservation at 9:15pm for 7 people. Once arriving we were asked if we wanted a seat in the back or the front and we just said wherever was warmer so we sat in the front of the restaurant near the open windows and bar. Our server did not speak much English which was fine because she spoke enough to get by and still provided great service. Everything was taken down on a handheld device and kept track of with each of our names which was nice. We ordered two Mexican mojitos that came with a cute souvenir mini sombrero on top and a jumbo margarita that 4 of us shared. Our table also got a complimentary basket of chicharrones which were great. For food, we ordered a quesadilla, quesabirria tacos, and asada tacos. We were given two sauces at the table: one green and one red. Our table probably used the entire green bottle on our food because it was so good. It was sour and thick which is something I love. Not spicy at all. It went great on the asada tacos. All of the food tasted amazing. We each paid our own bills and it was easy since everything was ordered attached to each of our names. At some point during our meal, the mariachi arrived and began playing for us which was very entertaining. Overall, the experience went smoothly and the food was very good. We had a fun time! I am still dreaming about those asada tacos with the green sauce.

Initially, I had a terrible experience. Which made me sad since I live on 8st & 12th AVE. The hostess denied me access to a cup of water with ice. She said she had to check with the bar tender. Unfortunately, she came back and said the bar tender was too busy. The bar was completely empty. I felt so terrible. However, this Thursday was ladies night and they had male hosts whom made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I had to go to Amscot and they told me to come back, I did, with some doubt. But the lovely bar tender Maria Alejandra, made up for this experience. She treated me with kindness, empathy, and love. Not to mention her drinks are so delicious!! I was skeptical at first, I avoided this restaurant because of my experience which sucks because I was so excited for a new bar in my neighborhood. That being said, the male hosts, and the lovely Maria Alejandra have made my experience so lovely. I will definitely come back again. But management please know these type of things no matter how small can keep customers away. I’m glad I came back and gave this place a second chance!!! 🩷🩷🥺

I don't recommend this place, expensive, bad food and their all you can eat promo is a scam, be careful, don't waste your money in this place.

I went to try the birria tacos, when I arrived they offered me the all you can eat promotion for $19.95 which included Birria, Pastor, Cochinita and chicken tacos.

Everything sounded very good but oh surprise when they took my order my server told me that they didn't have Birria Tacos so the promotion only include only 3 Taco options Pastor, Cochinita, and Chicken

I order the promo and in less than 5 minutes I already had my first 4 tacos, the first order are 4 and the next ones are served 2 at a time, then I understood why, once I ordered the next 2, it took 15 minutes to bring them, just to let me know that there were no more pastor tacos, I ordered 2 chicken tacos that also took 15 minutes to arrive, each refill takes 15 minutes, 30 minutes waiting for you food.

Just to find the scam, I asked for a gringa de pastor and miraculously they prepared it for me, this because it was not the promo and was served in less than 5 minutes.

So this is a trap , you don't eat everything you can eat because you lose your hunger after a few minutes and stop ordering, it's a scam.

I paid $ 65.00 dollars for one person, super expensive foe a really bad food and experience .

They also include 18% tip in your check, use your money in another...
