DISHONEST SCAMMERS. First of all, the cookies are not that good and certainly not worth $4.50. The cookie itself is an odd texture with too much sugar making it almost dissolve in your mouth. The only positive thing is they were warm. I wouldn't ever waste my money here again. But our experience was worse than just bad cookies. The customer service was horrible and dishonest (the words you read here are virtually the only words spoken during our entire ordeal, and not even truthful at that). They advertised ice cream (even had it on display) but when we ordered it they said "we don't serve ice cream." Ok, must be out of ice cream. So, we order two cookies and a milk instead. They rung the transaction incorrectly, charging us for four cookies. When we challenged the amount they told us to pick more cookies. (Emphasis on told, not asked.) We did not want more cookies. We insisted on a refund for the difference. However the employees did not know how to ring the refund. A more senior employee came but had trouble ringing it. I heard her say something about the screen reading "closed". She grabbed her phone and called a colleague or manager, tapped a few more times on the screen, then with her phone walked to the back room without a word to us. She returned with two cookies, plugged in her phone then went to the back again, not saying anything. We stood at the counter waiting for some resolution, not to mention we expected them to re-ring the transaction for the right amount. After another 5-10 minutes she came back out for her phone. "Oh, the refund is done." I replied, "Well, that would have been nice to know. But we need a receipt and to pay you the right amount. "Oh no, you're good". We insisted, but she refused to ring it, or give us a refund receipt, turning her back and returning to the kitchen. We left, but as you know by now it was all just a scam. There was no refund. She just flat out lied to our faces and walked away. Not only did we get scammed, but even if we hadn't the way the employees handled themselves was awful and I suspect this is a laundering front, not a real biz. We were the only customers for the entire 30 minutes we...
Read moreWas really excited tonight (Aug. 1, 2025) that I decided to order some Night owl’s famous and delicious cinnamon rolls. Which I wanted to share amongst myself and my kids. So instead of taking a trip there, I decided to order them off of Uber eats. So I did that, and the order finally got to my location. My mouth was just watering with excitement and couldn’t wait to indulge in them. But as soon as I got to the kitchen counter and set them down and open the box. I realized that the outer part of the cinnamon rolls were a little more darker than normal. So I turned one of them over and seen that one was burnt. I was furious to see that one looking like that. Which made me check all of them the same way. All was burnt….SMH!! Who ever decided to just throw those cinnamon rolls in the box, and felt like it was okay to service a paying customer those looking like that, needs to get fire. And have a long sit down about food quality. And what that means to a business, and especially for customers. Which is what makes any business thrive. That was such a disappointment for me because I spent my hard earned money on this. And now me and my kids couldn’t even enjoy this experience tasting the rolls. I just know if it was the other way around, they wouldn’t be so pleased of paying for poor / trash quality cinnamon rolls. Acts like this really gives businesses a bad reputation and name when you have employees that don’t care about customers, and living up to standards in a work environment. I don’t think I want to order during the night shift. Because whoever that was working tonight between the hours of 8pm-9pm really don’t care what they give out to the customers. Hope this doesn’t to anyone else. All I know is tonight we don’t have any cinnamon rolls to eat due to some idiot giving...
Read moreLast night 6/19/2025 at 11pm I went to this location and this young man at the register about 11:00 PM was helping a female customer and I was behind her. She placed her order and I waited to be helped. After about 25 minutes the young guy comes out from the back and gave the lady her order and started to walk towards the back and notice I was still waiting and said to me he thought o came on with the lady he helped before me. I started to placed an order for two cinnamon buns and two chocolate chip cookies and he told me they ran out of the cinnamon rolls and it was only 11:00pm and they don’t close until 2 am. I was angry that o stood in line for 25 minutes just to hear they were out. I had to drive to another location to get my order and when I called and told them what this location told me she was surprised because they had a lot of cinnamon rolls there by the time I got there was 12 am . I think that young man should of asked me if I was with the lady when he placed her order and told me at that time they ran out of cinnamon rolls and I didn’t have to wait 25 minutes for nothing. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and the manager or supervisor should train him to be more professional and not stay in the back room so long and pay attention to...
