Olivara Turkish Restaurant: Where Flavor Feels Like Home

Olivara brings the heart of Turkish cuisine straight to Miami, offering not just food, but an experience that wraps you in warmth the moment you step inside. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home—but the real magic is in the food.

The lahmacun is perfection: thin, crispy dough topped with a richly seasoned meat mixture that instantly transports you to the streets of Istanbul. Fresh out of the oven, it’s simply unforgettable.

The işkembe soup (tripe soup) is a classic done right—creamy, flavorful, and with just the right kick from garlic and vinegar. Whether you’re ending the night or starting your day, it hits the spot.

The kavurma (braised meat) melts in your mouth. Tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced, it’s served with fresh flatbread that makes every bite a delight.

The chicken dürüm is everything you want in a wrap: crispy outside, juicy inside, and bursting with flavor. It’s real street food, elevated.

And let’s not forget the ayran—cool, foamy, and refreshing. The perfect companion to every meal.

Olivara isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a taste of home, a slice of Turkey, and a reminder that great food speaks...

My friends and I were visiting Miami and came across this gem while looking for halal food. The place has a calm vibe with soft Turkish music playing in the background.

The founder is an absolute gem of a host — we arrived late, but he still went out of his way to pull together portions of his best-selling dishes for us to try. Highly recommend trying the Turkish ravioli (Manti).

If you’re in the area, definitely stop by for a warm, authentic...

Olivara is an absolute gem in Miami! I tried the lahmacun wrap with Adana kebab and it was out of this world—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of authentic Turkish flavors. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the portions were generous. Servan, the owner, is amazingly welcoming and made us feel like family. Easily the best Turkish food I’ve had in the U.S. Highly recommend Olivara to anyone craving a true...
