This is only a $21 bill but I will contact my credit card to dispute this charge. This is the first time in my life to dispute a charge. Here is the story, the women at register saw that I didn’t add tip using the credit card, she told me that I need to add tip using cash. I didn’t then her drama starts from here. I told her that please don’t light the candle both at the time I made payment and at the time she bring out the lighter because I’m waiting for my friend to light it on together, but she ignored me and lighted it on directly. Then I politely remind her again that I didn’t want it on, she didn’t say anything, and directly took away the lightning candle, and stick it on her display product and refuse to put an unlighted one to mine. I tried to communicate very politely, but I ended up being ignored like I was talking to the air. She also didn’t put the two pieces of fresh pineapple on top which are supposed to be there. So in the end, I was given a piece of pineapple shell with artificial flavored liquid. Nothing else you could see from their picture or their display sample. I didn’t get the basic product they are selling but unfair treatment and ignorance. I was so shocked at how she can simply refuse to give you want you paid for and ignore a person talking to her. Kinda SCAM! PRE-MADE AND TOO SWEET..! There was a lady standing holding small paper cups filled with juice. I and my hubby tasted and it tasted good. There was a blend of pineapple, mango, coconut water. So I ask her to make 1 Cup and I didn't see her make fresh. Here were filled canisters kinda transparent bins filled with juice and gave us that cup and when I tasted it was too sweet..!
