Telva Sweet Bakery — Restaurant in Miami

My cake was missing a design I had ordered and when I asked about it, the lady said they didn't make the cake with that specific design; I showed her the picture they have in their facebook page and so she proceeded to add the design but messed up the cake's frosting... The letters on my cake were visibly crooked but the lady argued that they had slipped down bc it was fondant, however they had just finished putting the letters and she couldn't explain why some were up and some were down and there was no trace of them "slipping down." There were gaps which she "tried" covering up after I mentioned it, the cake looked cheap. The cake was not ready at the promised time. I took it because I had no choice! The customer service is horrible, you can hear them arguing in the back and they won't admit they are wrong when you complain. The only good thing I can say is that the cake had good flavor. I will not be returning nor will I be referring anyone...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! When i get to the bakery i was told a different price from the price I was told by phone. Before leaving I reconfirmed the time they closed which they clearly mentioned it was at 5:00pm. When i went to pick up the cake, at 3:45pm, the owner said glad you came because we are closing at 4:00pm. I was not expecting that as i had reconfirmed the time. When i picked up the cake it looked unfinished and was not appealing to the eye. I went to Party City and bought additional pearl decorations to finish the cake. When i told the owner she started saying that was what i order which was not and it was clearly clarified, but they did not changed their mind or anything to accommodate the sloppy job they had done. The cake was lacking taste. I had pineapple filing and it did not appear that it had any at all. I would not recommend this...

So we just had a baby shower. The first time we went in to get a cake estimate she gave us one price with pictures shown then when we went back to place the order same cake pictures the lady gave us completely different prices and didn't remember the prices she gave the first time 🙄 We placed the order regardless the cake taste was dulce de leche the flavor was great it smelled amazing but the decorations looked nothing like what we wanted it looked very cheap and bootlegged so disappointed 😔 and they never added my unborn daughters name we let them know and they quickly added her name with fondant and ended up misspelling it even though they had the name written down right in front of them! I will not be going back if I want something presentable and breathing taking but I will go back if I just need a regular good tasting cake but nothing...
