Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Michigan City

If I could give a zero stars I would. They are always out of popular ice cream like mint chip and pralines n cream. We complained once and an employee said the manager does not order the ice cream right. The serving size has gone way down but price is still up. The lady taking our order could not hear us for some reason so we drove around to take the order and they still got it wrong. How hard is it to hear 2 pralines and cream doubles in a cake cone and double in a cup.we spend $16 for a single scoop size. There seemed to be so much confusion...

We’re on a vacation and we stopped in this Baskin-Robbins to get the kid’s a cool treat.They didn’t have more then half the things we wanted.I decided to get a Cappuccino Blast.On the pitcher it shows Carmel and fudge so I thought that was what I was paying for.When I received my cappuccino it didn’t have the Carmel or fudge on the top.When I asked the guy to add it he told me he would be charging me for it.What did I just pay 10$ for?What I got didn’t look nothing like what was advertised.I wasn’t happy with...

6:15 on a Thursday night no sign stating the hours on the front of the building I called inside the answered I asked why they were closed very snottily the guy answered me well we've only got three people working so the front isn't open I said well don't you think it'd be polite to put a sign up that says the dining room is closed and only the drive-thru is open and he said no so obviously he doesn't own the place and could care less about the revenue for his employer typical America these days...
